What you mean is LTSC but it’s not licensed to individuals. I wouldn’t advise you to seek an ISO for that as any unofficial ISO can contain malware.

Best version we can get is Pro. You can try removing unwanted apps one by one or try a debloat script(my advice is try them only if you can read and understand powershell scripts. If you don’t understand what they’re doing, they are bound to cause problems for you.)

There is still 1 more year of support for Windows 10. I don't understand the rush here honestly.

LTSC IOT is better than LTSC in the way that it has support until 2032. but it doesn't have Windows Store, so if you're using anything there, you'll have to install manually. These versions are superior to Pro and Home if you're a power user and know what you're doing. But if you don't feel comfortable / no way to obtain legally, just use Pro.

Unfortunately Microsoft knows how superior it is to mainstream Windows, so no way to obtain it for an individual user legally.

Go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize” in regedit and turn AppsUseLightTheme value to 0.

There’s probably a memory leak somewhere and , they put an if condition there just in case to prevent process from crashing. C++ is really nasty to work with.
