Doing hip dips and side planks are the best and also getting enough cardio. For general visibility you don't need to build much muscle more just get lean enough that your hip muscles show.

I have this hair basically whenever I style it. It looks kind of dumb on me/to me ngl. Trim bangs into your hair and part on the middle, then keep letting the sides grow.

I feel the same way about other lgbt and trans in general and it's a relief to know other dudes deal with ts.
The main transphobia issue I've ever had as a stealth trans man is with other trans people, ftm and mtf both.
Trans people clock me, and I have had a few try to out me or lash out at me and try to emasculate me publically. The ones I run into in person for the most part will just double take and then start staring intently, trying to make eye contact and give me a look, etc. it makes me feel extremely awkward and shy, but I don't get too offended by those encounters. But I have had issues with a decent amount of trans people, especially online, trying to out me.
The first few times that happened I was in shock, cuz I never have been a part of the lgbt community before medically transitioning. So it was the last thing I expected from my first interactions with other trans people. It is really depressing to know that self hatred and envy can cause this. Makes me avoid the community altogether, or stay stealth even in lgbt communities, because I just cannot tolerate the level of disrespect they expect me to endure. No one else gives me issues or doubts that I am a cis man. It is very odd.
So I really talk to no one about this stuff. I know that is bad. But I have just found other lgbt people to be way too hateful to talk to anyone else .
As for your complaints with passing Im 5'5, just over 110 lbs, didn't transition till my late 20s and I live stealth with no issues. I'm treated as an equal by other men, and never have been questioned. So you aren't screwed at all based off those things.

Your body not your hair reads as very female I think you would probably understand why
You also dress in a feminine way and even going so far as tying the shirt up too.

For your height and weight 1200 -1300 is generally the recommended intake for weight loss. All the app did was note that the 1300 calories was not low enough for you to lose weight and went lower. If you are not seeing any progress at all at 1300 calories a day, you may be tracking wrong, as it should definitely be low enough. I'm terrible at tracking personally, so I try to aim for a couple hundred calories under what I know I should eat (I'll say I'm going to eat 900 so that I eat 1200 etc), and that could work for you

I got rid of my hip fat and feminine hip shape almost completely from when I started T and I'm 8 months in to taking T. Ofc ymmv, and also I work out and diet probably slightly excessively.
But if you are developing into a thinner guy. Yes work out to speed up the process. You will not have to go too hard to maintain once you recomp if you don't want to be ripped but it gets pretty easy to put on muscle. Caloric deficit. Cardio and 10k steps a day. The T will do the rest in speeding up the process.
the fat placement from T will likely be visceral and also will gather on your abs and sides on in the narrowest part of your waist, which can make it really easy to get a six pack. (It is not a lot, and can help you look more straight up and down)
Weight will also naturally move away from the widest part of your hips. The thing is that there is no natural signal to start this process of recomping the female placed fat, so that's why kick-starting diet and exercise will speed up the process, though it is not necessary, and will happen on its own within a few years
Good exercises : hip dips, side planks and side plank dips, regular planks and then rising up and down on your forearms to hands and back to forearms repeatedly while planking (idk what that's called), Russian twists, hip lifts, bicycle kicks, weighted crunches.
Edit: im on injections, so with gel it may take a bit longer to get fat redistribution, from what I have heard, but I have no personal knowledge

Same it pmo. Oh actually his whole character had nothing to do with anything except trans. Cool. I guess. Way to ruin a character I related to. I'm not transphobic, it's just how it was so badly done, and also honestly makes no sense for his character.

She isn't interested in sex and doesn't have a sex drive. She could also have sexual trauma. It's honestly pretty normal for teen girls to have low libido. It sounds to me like she has something else going on too, but idk. But you are very high sex drive and it is normal to want to sleep with your partner. You should not have to deal with a dead bedroom at 20 years old. You are likely too fixated on sleeping with her but it is also partly because she refuses to communicate about it but also gives you hope that she will sleep with you. You are not compatible.

How did you get from 117 to 105? I know this is old, but I am at 117ish and trying to get to 105 and no matter what I do I cant lose weight I am in a calorie deficit working out every day or at least 10k steps

I was trying to make a post but I'm too low karma.
But if anyone sees this, when does the bloating from top surgery go away ? I have lost my physique almost completely and it's been 2+ weeks. When does it come back?
Also when does the bloating and retention from T go away? I have been on about 8 months.
I am losing it, every day I am in a deficit losing nothing.

Anyone who uses this font in their phone can't be taken seriously or listened to
It's probably 720 I could easily divide this mentally into three slices and each of those would feel like about 250 calories
