Happened to me. They applied the numbing agent but I could still feel it. Told the dentist and after 3 appointments where they tried a bunch of different numbing agents, including ones they applied directly to nerve, it didn't work. So the dentist asked me if I was willing to go through with it without being fully numbed and I said yes. They got the nerve out but by the end of it I was covered in sweat, tears and my ears were ringing from the pain. 3/10 experience.

At least they're using the M suffix.

My only issue with that logic is that is that it only applies to GPUs. You're getting equal or better value at the same price points from 2015 for practically every other component in your PC.

I bought the sunbreak dlc for monster hunter rise on game pass. I had the same concern as you but I figured with how much I was playing the game I'd be able to get my money's worth out of it before it got removed but it's been about 2 years and the game is still on game pass while I haven't touched it in over a year.

Update: it got removed from game pass on march 31st of this year. Don't regret buying the DLC since I liked the game a lot and even ended up rebuying it and the dlc on steam to play with more friends.

If anything that should just mean that the newer soc would have less of an issue with the translation layer than running games actually built around it given the performance difference.

The real reason they're saying that is because they plan on selling "remasters" of the same games at full price later down the road.

Don't even need wsl2. Ollama already has its own windows installer.

A few million sales in a market that practically didn't exist a few years ago is nothing to sneeze at. Can see MS using it to push more game pass subs.

To be fair, this game was originally announced for pc and xbox until Sony bought out exclusivity.

Nvidia crossed 50% gross margin over 10 years ago. That was when AMD had a larger slice of the market.

They were at their historically lowest market share at the time while bleeding out money and would've been bankrupt if it wasn't for income from the consoles. So that was a pretty good time for Nvidia to increase their gross margin.

Bro calm down it's just a game.

I think she's gonna be top tier in pvp with her auto revive + burst gen.

Won't mean much if the drivers aren't out yet.

It's the only PC component increasing in price over the years so of course it's inflation /s.

We have the same favourite nikkes.

That we'd get along very nicely.

I guess that's better confirmation than what they've been saying at CES.

Can you link me to one of those videos? All the articles I've read on it have only said that it isn't decided if the previous generation will be left out.

I'm sad that it seems that FSR4 won't hit RX 7000 series since I bought one over a year ago, feels really bad in hindsight.

I'd be surprised if they didn't add support for older generations given the wording they used. They said similar with AFMF starting out on the 7000 series before adding support for the 6000 series a few months later.

Nexus is the evil brother from Noxus' pov.

Unfortunate.

Was never my intention. I'm just complaining about the markup compared to the same chip in a desktop card.

In_It_2_Quinn_It

My main issue is the price you pay for what you're getting.

This GPU features the GB203 processor with 10,496 CUDA cores and new 3GB modules unique to this SKU.

5090 price for a neutered 5080.

You really should check then. BG3 has had FSR 2 supported since 2023 and most triple A games of 2024 also had it. At this point if a game has DLSS then more often than not it also has an FSR 2 option. I've even seen it as an option on an android game that I play.

Can someone explain that rtx on vs off slide half way down the page? Did they just dial down all the settings or compared a remastered game with the original?
