Bienvenue !

You, sir, are a legend. Thank you very much.

I'm using Kubuntu, but I did use the Ubuntu Studio installer on top of it to set up everything (pipewire and stuff). I'm just a hobbyist so it works fine for me, but I didn't want a whole distro centered around that.
Inigo35

I rarely see it mentioned, but I really loved Pokémon Dreamstone Mysteries. Good story, good game, quite a lot of content but doesn't overstays it's welcome.

It's been 4 years, but this just fixed the issue of Jellyfin not seeing my drives on Kubuntu, so thank you very much.
Inigo35
Necroposting on your necropost. It's 2026, and this still works to fix the issue. (running Kubuntu 25.10). Thank you!
Inigo35
I'm using Kubuntu 25.10 with the Ubuntu studio installer on top of it. Bitwig runs great on it! Reaper as well.

I'm not expert, but it is encrypted (Client-side Encryption, Encrypted with AES 256-bit according to their webiste). It's based and hosted in Germany. They have a free 10 gb plan if you wanna give it a try: https://filen.io/

While I'm waiting for Proton Drive to maybe come to Linux, I got the a Filen lifetime plan (200gb) during their Black Friday sale. Works like a charm. My Proton Unlimited suscription expires next Summer, if we don't have anything by then, I'll be switching my Drive to Filen and use Proton only for email.

When I was on Windows, I used Tracktion Waveform, it was my first daw and I learned a lot with it, using it for 3 years.
I switched to Linux (Kubuntu) a few weeks ago and sadly the Linux version of Waveform is not as good, very unstable and doesn't support Clap plugins, which is a shame on Linux.
I've been trying Reaper, it's very good and stable, but I'm not convinced yet.
I'm also trying Bitwig and I like it a lot. Way easier to get into in my opinion. Very stable.
(Couldn't make heads or tails of Ardour).
So yeah, try Reaper and Bitwig and see what works for you!

Well I was itching for a new modded playthrough, so your timing is great! Thank you for making this!
Inigo35
Not official support, but I'm on Kubuntu and I set up Proton Drive sync through Celeste, pretty easy to setup!
Inigo35
I was looking for something similar a couple of days ago, thank you very much for this!
Inigo35
With honor.

After trying to find the culprit, I gave up, loaded back in. Talking to an npc and triggering a bartering screen fixed it (specifically the robot selling noodles). No idea what happened.
Inigo35
I got the exact same issue, but not running this modlist. I had no issues at all, and once I arrived in Diamond City, it started happening.
Inigo35
I take Riker and Guinan. Then we hijack a shuttle, ditch the mission and go to Risa.
Inigo35
Late reply, but that's not a glitch, that's feature! It's something several modded characters do (a location dialogue is repeated as long as the character doesn't move). Also, you can recycle the autograph to try to get a better one (and it's also a nice gift for some of the villagers, including the modded ones)
Inigo35
Nice work! I'm working on a mod referencing tarot a lot and was talking to a friend today about how weird it was that no one made a SDV Tarot deck.
Inigo35
It's been a long road...

This is beautiful! I love it!
In my experience, some people like to diss on anything being too user or beginner friendly, which I find very stupid. Mint and most Ubuntu flavours or Ubuntu based distros are often targeted by the "I use arch, btw" crowd. I use Mint on my laptop and Kubuntu on my desktop, I love both and I don't see any limitations. They are beginner friendly, but that doesn't mean they are only for people using Linux for the first time.
