I will also say that I completely avoid off leash dog parks all together .

I have a 13lb weenie dog, they’re prone to back issues causing paralysis.

I’ve stepped into many of doodles.

You’re not the asshole, buy dog spray and carry it with you TO PROTECT YOUR DOG.

And if it just happens that some fucking loser comes at you while you have the dog spray - on your dog walk- it’s self defence-

Yes dog spray is illegal to use on humans, but in this case you’re not using it specifically for that- it would just so happen that this guy ran up to you while you had it , to protect your dog.

The question was not about if you thought cheering on my friend with a sign was a good idea. I’ve already confirmed that it is -

When I graduated paramedic school, this same friends supported me and showed up to my graduation with a sign- and she wasn’t the only one.

I was able to get a few great ideas from both here and r/EMS where they seem to be a little less salty.
