If you haven't done already, download the Ford app for your car. Once set to your vehicle modem inside the dash, there's a place to enter your VIN. You should find some service history.

Generally the app is used for checking vehicle systems and remote start from your phone.

I might be able to help. Do you lean on that little arm rest? I have a 2019 Edge ST and the other day the car stalled after a right hand turn.

Took a few minutes to figure it out. The electronic emergency brake is was touched by my right hand. Turning on emergency brake while driving stalls the engine.

Is it possible you are also doing this? It's a crappy armrest and horrible place for the e brake button.
