Very true- so really the solution is more so about punishments for pranksters and demonetizing publicly filmed harassment content. What else do you reckon?

I’m getting my information directly from the two dozen women are related to who have given birth in the United States.

Oh, I like an action plan!

To add some more women to this mix:
Katherine Ryan
Samantha Bee
Mary Walsh
Lilly Singh
Meredith MacNeill
Aurora Browne
Carolyn Taylor
Jennifer Whalen
Catherine O'Hara

I hadn’t thought of it that way. I like hearing other perspectives and points that I hadn’t yet thought of. Truth is spherical and so hearing everybody’s take is so valuable. Thank you for sharing this. I very much appreciate it.

My friend is 53 dating a 27-year-old and they are in completely different stages of their lives, but honestly, they are the same maturity level. She is highly emotionally intelligent.

Yes, now we’re talking. This is exactly the type of conversation I was hoping to stoke by asking the question. Asking such an open ended question has brought out some terrific ideas about how to stop this type of behaviour. I was essentially hoping that my question would open up the floor like a Townhall meeting, and it did exactly that. :D

Walmart is private property.
Inner-Hawk909
It’s not a public space. Walmart is private property. The manager of the store should have kicked the offending party out and banned him from the store for filming people without their consent and harassing people.
100% agree with you that the key is to focus on building laws around social media. European countries have very nuanced laws to squelch this type of harassment.
Inner-Hawk909
I’m not American, thank God.

It costs thousand of dollars to have a baby in hospital and that’s with insurance. Without it can be up to $22,000. As someone that is not from the United States I am always completely shocked when I see the general health of Americans in rural communities. The healthcare system in America is definitely not liberal propaganda. It literally is the worst healthcare system. My friend took her child to the ER for a fever the other day it cost her $700 and that’s with insurance- in Canada that would be entirely covered. In Canada, having a baby would be free in Canada you can go to the hospital and not have a bill afterwards at all with or without healthcare.

Yeps totally, the continuing to film and harass someone when they clearly ask you to stop is the issue. If the filming was warranted for say safety sake I would understand but for a prank I think it’s completely unlawful.
Inner-Hawk909
I suppose that’s correct but also the lack of medical care leaves most in crippled debt and having to work their entire lives away. An illusion of free with the freedom of speech?
Inner-Hawk909
Aha now this is exactly the kind of suggestion that I was looking for with the question. Thank you for chiming in with this, kind stranger.
Inner-Hawk909
Yes block him. Good move.
Inner-Hawk909
I bet there would a lot less rapists if it was legally met with punishment by death
Inner-Hawk909
Laundry detergent
Inner-Hawk909
Because they have very nuanced laws around this in Europe and North America is behind the times in this regard.
Inner-Hawk909
Actually I think it was exactly the right question to get conversation started and more knowledge gained around this modern day dilemma.
Inner-Hawk909
True
Inner-Hawk909
That’s very true. It is a slippery slope.
Inner-Hawk909
Great points! Spying and harassing people is vile and that’s where the laws need nuances.
Inner-Hawk909
That is a very good point. ACAB
