hey! just got back into the game after a very long hiatus and am drastically overwhelmed by all the new & reworked mechanics, and also in desperate need of wiz-friend!!! i have a growing laundry list of both things-to-do and questions so i could definitely use some expertise lol.

this is neat!! but i’m worried if KI would consider this against TOS (or whatever) since it sounds like you need to edit the game files .. which i think is ban-able? that is just what i’ve heard- throwing this out here for debate lol.

I LITERALLY was in the process of recreating her daughter’s drawing (2 hours in to a Photoshop file, had finished hand-drawing the picture and was just starting to place it on a card template) when I found out it was all a sham. Original post was deleted & updated by a mod saying it was a scammer.

I don’t think it makes you “lazy”, I think most of us don’t have the time to browse through “billions and billions” of fonts for every new client we get.

I end up getting WAY too wrapped up in font choice myself & could easily blow at least a half an hour trying to choose. I developed my own arsenal of fonts I regularly pick from on a daily basis for most of my job setups (anywhere from big company designs to small business/random people). I know the other designers I work with also have their own assortment of fonts they normally go-to.

i started using the Gatherables chest & i’m kinda with you on being afraid it’ll just disappear, but i think that largely stems from all the times where all my shit disappeared from my chests in Skyrim..

standing around selling spells to a bunch of children in the same spot all day, every day, comes with it’s own drawbacks. it’s an honest day’s work, and everyone around you will also know that.

imo I hope TfB keeps characters AFTER OG Spyro as strictly easter-egg-style content. I don’t really feel like any characters post Insomniac need to have their own dedicated side story spotlight (and, more harshly imo, play any major/minor roles), because studios after EtD’s Equinoxe/Check Six wanted to alter Spyro’s design & story to their own vision (and notably depart from what made Spyro.. Spyro).

TfB seems like they want to stay faithful to the original trilogy & continue onwards from there.. which I feel is necessary. Spyro’s universe has enough of a leg to stand on when it comes to creating more unique, engaging content with the same community-loved characters from the beginning. Those are the characters that deserve all the attention they can get.

i feel the exact same way!!! what do you MEAN you want me to go pick rosemary for your piddly little dye soup??? i just singlehandedly fought a fucking WAR halfway across the world and you want me to get you flowers??? oh, you want me to go bug hunting for you? of course!! not like i have to go liberate all these camps that keep getting reblockaded by bandits/goblins/bears. Kliff, who is the leader of the Greymanes & is gone half the time doing actual important shit, gets treated like an errand boy WHY? might as well demote Kliff from “leader” to UPS Delivery Driver.

and then everyone else is like “ooooh look.. it’s a Greymane!! -known for their incredible skills & unmatched power- … i need to ask him to deliver this bundle of flowers to my wife to surprise her!!!” or “Greymane! just the person i was looking for!! hey can you go ask the bakery why they’re not buying my wheat?”

Ohhh, whaaat? I had no idea it needed to be docked in a specific way.. I just manhandled it in there & it worked automatically for me. It’s crazy how particular object placement is for these puzzles.

I’m a little confused at this post… “what” can’t be placed?

The core you have ahold of in the picture should be placed inside the cube. There should be another core outside that room (where you originally came from with the fans) that’s floating in-air.. this one should be placed inside the other cube on the opposite side.

If you can’t find that other core, you can also try removing a similar stored core from inside your Kuku pot (if you have one)

I was also able to climb the tower & completely ignore everything inside.. but I have no clue if this unlocks the big circle force palm thingy you need to progress.

magnetic spice rack/paper towel holder to put on your fridge!! i ordered mine off Amazon a few years ago and it’s so nice! mine also came with little clips you can put on the sides, which i’ve used to hang oven mitts, measuring spoons & tea infusers on.. the possibilities are endless lol.

i love it so much!! it feels like a cute little whimsical spot!! i am curious to see how the fountain would look scaled down to 75%, it feels a bit too large for the space. i believe there’s also a few other cutesy fountains in-game that are a bit smaller too.

YES!! Hurricos’ “minigame” stressed me out SOOO badly- the thieves terrified me, i hated their laugh & hearing them steal an orb. it was also my least favorite level because of how dark, stormy & gloomy it was compared to literally any other level in the series. the rainbow was a nice touch though

original commenter felt your question was more something an amateur would ask, recommended you a different subreddit, and then you got upset because you think they feel you’re inexperienced.

responding to them, in the way you did, is earning you downvotes.

listen, i get it. if people were rude to me, i used to give them the exact same energy back.. but i quickly learned that there’s really no point in doing that. stooping to their level never gets you anywhere.

i don’t really understand why you’re getting defensive with me though.

if this is how you respond to people, i’m not surprised to hear you were downvoted. not saying the take on the earlier comment is right or wrong, but lashing out in a passive aggressive way will definitely earn you downvotes. you seem tired & frustrated, and i feel you.. but you may just dig yourself a deeper hole this way.

this was my FAVORITE level as a kid- purely for the Professor’s quest. i had a blast trying to place each object where it went and used to swim around in-line with the momma duck & “baby”. i love this illustration :>

i think they look cool as hell!! badass even, especially with the right genes. the hatchling pose is def not my favorite though.. i wish they could’ve pushed it a little more & made it more dynamic & outstretched like the adults. not a fan of the wing placement there either, since it covers up so much of the torso/leg/tail.

remember when they had the “Where’s the Beef” marketing campaign? it’s a little ironic seeing how paper thin their beef is nowadays.

That’s incredibly sad to hear. It seems a lot of people believe there’s enough suspicion to reason that he’s cheating.. which may explain his growing lack of patience with you. Whatever the case, something is most certainly wrong here. You require more reassurance whereas your partner is seemingly not interested in providing that, and is actively doing things to send you into those spiraling thoughts.. intentionally or not.

I think you need to have a sit-down conversation with him & explain that the things he’s done has made you feel he is being a little over-the-top protective of his phone, and is making you worried… as calmly & as level-headed as possible.

He has an opportunity to listen to you & reassure you, and he will either do so, or he will get frustrated & deflect. It’s up to you if you want to stay with someone who would prefer to be upset by their partner’s insecurity.

My boyfriend has listened to all of my insecure thoughts & feelings and has always provided a safe space for me to express them. He’s shown me reassurance and comfort when I needed it without frustration or annoyance. And because I have had that kind of support from him, I’ve become FAR less insecure, and even found ways to ground myself when I am spiraling.

I hope he’s not cheating on you, but I fear many of the signs are pointing in that direction.

Honestly, it sounds like this relationship might not work out for you in the long run. If you can’t have open & honest conversations with him- WITHOUT him getting frustrated.. then it may be wise to re-think things.

I was just like you a few years ago, very insecure & terrified of the thought of my boyfriend engaging with thirst traps, and he WAS! He was just far less protective of his phone & I often went through it (to which, I found what I was looking for every time- that gut feeling led me there lol). He realized he was addicted to porn. I’m still with him, the key reason being.. he ACTUALLY tried to “get better”. He cared enough about our relationship, it just took him awhile to figure it out.

If your boyfriend gets frustrated instead of trying to be patient & reassure you, please do yourself a favor & get out of there. It takes a lot of effort on both sides to battle insecurity. Regardless of whether or not he actually IS doing things behind your back, you deserve a partner who wants to help you through it.. not one who gets frustrated & annoyed right off the bat.
