try out the benetints or the elf dupes for a lip stain. those don’t peel and have great color pay off and i love the eadem lip balm it’s so hydrating and to help w peeling have you tried sugar lip scrub 2x a week? my go to cream blush is merit but haus labs and rare beauty is good too i usually don’t set it w powder and for dehydrated skin it really starts w skincare as a fellow dry skin girlie i use the kielhs moisturizer its not too heavy and you can also start using a serum and a facial mist before and after makeup application i suggest looking up skincare that can help w combo skin :)
