O'BRIEN: "You infuse the gum with flavor." BASHIR: "What flavor did you infuse it with?" O'BRIEN: "Scotch."

LeVar Burton recently came out with Take My Word For It.

Not to put to fine a point on it, but if this really happened you'd probably see a lot of blood and gore on the walls and floor around her.

Oh, she absolutely killed Yar in Sickbay, under the guise of failing to save her life. I stand by that. 😂

He could have used the Jack Bauer excuse. "He pointed his weapon at me. I didn't have a choice."

Dr. Katherine Pulaski has entered the chat.

"What's the difference?!"

"Riddles" was one of my favorite episodes. Tim Russ got to show off, but that was totally a Neelix story. It's so moving how Neelix realizes that even though he's now gained a pal, he really respects and needs the "original" Tuvok, no matter how many cutting remarks Tuvok might go back to having for him.

I think Neelix teased Tuvok regularly because he truly admired him, and simply wanted to expose Tuvok to a different way of approaching life for his own enrichment.

It didn't go unnoticed. The last big scene between the two of them in "Homestead," where Tuvok helps Neelix to realize he has true influential and leadership talent, was so well done. It was a true moment of "mutual respect." Note how it's one of the few times that Neelix calls him "Mister Tuvok" instead of the playful "Mister Vulcan."

And just remember this. Without Neelix, we wouldn't have had reason to witness Tuvok's farewell "dance" to wish him goodbye. What a heartfelt moment.

Well done, Neelix.

We know that Garak is not his type.

Some children just need to be spanked

It's a whimsical riff on Auntie Mame. It's not a great episode but it's certainly not as bad as folks make it out to be. It's nice to see someone actually listening to Alexander for once.

And that wedding scene when Lwaxana finally walks in? Best "screw you" moment of its decade!

A dozen?! I counted maybe four or five. Which the Aldeans then expected to repopulate their society once they grew older. I'm sensing a few problems here.

OP's scene is in "Cost of Living" (Season 5). And you're most welcome

"Identity Crisis" from Season 4

This right here made me run out of the room as a 10 year old. Her damn eyes!

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, WAIT. How is Accounting even still a thing anymore?

Mister VISOR

Kind of. I mean, if a doctor can fuck a ghost then it stands to reason that characters can break into song and experience a puppet episode.

My Cat Lucy loves the little floral designs on my area rug. Once I even caught her apparently trying to grab and wrestle one of the flowers in particular.

Fellow cat dad here, to another bonded pair (Linus and Lucy, ages 5 and 4, shelter rescues).

The only thing better than having one cat is having more than one cat, so props to you.

I'd recommend getting at least 2, if not 3, litter boxes (no joke), especially if one is male and the other female.

Even though they have each other to entertain when you're away, play with them regularly. They're kittens so they need lots of extra stimulation. Gear them toward play that simulates hunting whenever possible.

You'll learn quickly that each cat has a distinct personality. Cater to these accordingly. The cats will respect this effort to understand them.

Congratulations and best of luck to you! You're in for a wild but rewarding ride.

Your cat will mostly nap when you are away, especially a senior cat. If your cat is younger, consider hiring a neighborhood kid, or an available family member, who can come visit and entertain your cat for an hour or so in the afternoon.

My Linus was adopted from the shelter as a bonded pair (with Lucy). He loved pets from me, the shelter staff and all the visitors. Lucy was withdrawn, aloof and scared but she warmed up to me.

After their adoption, Lucy came out of her shell and was a big playful snuggler, loving her pets and enjoying the attention from people who would come over to visit us.

Linus was still friendly but never a cuddler. Fast-forward two months and he now has a ritual he does every night. He gets up on the bed with me, kneads the bed a bunch of times, and then drapes himself across my chest and purrs. It's his new system.

My point is, be loving and patient. Cats can warm up to folks in new ways over time.

Captain Janeway herself said something about the futility of trying to explain temporal paradoxes: "Don't even try." She must have been visited by one too many Admiral Janeways at that point. 😅
