The list-worthy version of DoomsDay was a now-reverted update. I don’t think any other levels that are currently hard demon have been on there

Levels uploaded in the very first 2.2 release could have copy options (and still can). Of course, it only lasted for a few days, but still :^)

Copying a list, which is ordinarily impossible in the free games, takes you to your locally created content, which again, is ordinarily inaccessible. Then you can create an empty level, which as you might know, can’t be uploaded. You can’t open the editor in the free games anymore either. However, thanks to 2.209, you can now place start positions from within a level’s pause menu, creating objects the game deems valid and allowing you to upload the level

This is real, but it requires favoriting a list, which is no longer possible in the free games. The editor has also been gutted, so you can’t actually go in and place anything; you have to set start positions from the level’s pause menu to upload your otherwise empty level. This is still useful for uploading or verifying something from the full version for free (for example, if you’ll be on vacation), and will probably be patched, but not as exciting as past bypasses

I would be surprised if this meaningfully affected more than 1,000 levels intended to be completed by a human. We’ll probably all get used to it and never be able to tell if we would’ve lived/died without it

Other than advisors and people interested in leveraging his power, Viprin was widely mocked by notable members of the English community and was only given credit for his level reviews. He also left, cutting ties with almost everyone, whereas Advy still actively makes GD content and has 10× Viprin’s audience. It’s true that many people still don’t know or care what Viprin did, but the effect it has on the community isn’t the same as Advy

That’s because Android apps are generally designed under the knowledge that they could be running on just about anything, while iOS apps mostly focus on the few iPhones and iPads everyone’s using. That’s just how Apple rolls; most apps needed an update when the iPhone X came out and it’ll be the same for the Duo

I agree. At the very least, if we’re going to be moving levels and there is truly no suitable person to move a level to, it should be owned by no one. Having a special account for this makes it look like any level on TheShadowRealm was made by MechaEpstein when there are levels that have been or are currently on there for completely innocuous reasons

I think you can always be unbanned, but depending on the extent of the cheating, they may ask you to wipe your stats entirely (not a new account, just a stat reset)
