Anyone who cares about privacy is going to uncheck the couple of relevant options, which are well-described in the GUI and are probably described in the installer too. I think they're even turned off by default. If you don't use Pocket there's no personal information sent at all, the worst thing left is button click tallies, if you choose to send health reports.

That doesn't meet any reasonable bar for high privacy concerns, or even medium. FF is a good choice for privacy conscious people, the only exception is people who can't tolerate UIDs.
