Mine's similar - 45 rhr, 150 hrv on good sleep nights. I play hockey twice a week, bowl twice a week, and go on walks with some regularity. From what I've read, it just varies from person to person though.

I can only speak to the choker ones since that's what I just started wearing. Trying to get used to it but it's so.. damn.. hot. I have heard from beer league teammates that the ones built into your shirt are a lot more comfortable but I can't wear a whole ass shirt under my gear.

I can understand the hate for neck guards, they're super hot and annoying. I have no clue what these guys have against ear guards. The helmets literally come with them on and they take them out on purpose. It's not like they make it harder to hear.

FWIW, my fiancee and I have our own accounts with the same address and we've both been picked. I wouldn't be surprised if they had some kind of flag for addresses for >x accounts though.

I try not to rely on my commander for any of my decks that I build. [[Armix]] and [[Rebbec]] provide great value for my artifact creature deck but the deck runs fine without them. [[Mazzy]] provides value and access to the colors I want for my aura voltron deck but isn't even one of the top 5 creatures in the deck. [[Pir]] and [[Toothy]] are fun +1/+1 counter commanders but there are tons of cards in the deck that do the exact same thing as them.
