It does a lot more than just help you eat less. My A1c is normal now (it was also borderline) and I’m down 30 lbs. I also have PCOS and even training for long distance triathlon didn’t really do much for my weight.

I stalled pretty hard after losing 30lbs but from what I understand, HRT will enhance the GLP1 meds and I should start losing again. (It’s only been a couple of weeks on the HRT).

It’s definitely worth the conversation with a someone who is knowledgeable. My doc is pretty against the GLP1s but I don’t think she’s that knowledgeable.
