I’m unsure what you mean maxed out. Assuming you mean using all godroll weapons and armor then that’s just how it is although you really dont need all that in most pvp modes. I’m unsure what the meta is but aby hand cannon and shotgun should get you far

Ive played D2 for thousands of hours and most the community is really chill. You just mainly gotta watch out for people in lfg raids and such as they have massive egos and are quick to point out any issues they have. Oh and also competitive pvp or pvp in general really, but i dont play much pvp so im not sure how big of an issue it is

Any gun is good, some are just better than others. Unless you are going for super competitive pvp or speedruns/lowmans in raids (which considering you are new i doubt any time soon), just use whatever you like

They arent called healers, they are called support. If you want to play dive make sure you can get out and get access to heals

jq benefits way more being up close than hog becauseshe has so many ways to do damage up close and get healing out of it. Her axe applies bleed, her quick melee applies bleed, and her knife applies bleed

not necessarily, but if you want top dps you are probably gonna be on prismatic or in a fireteam anyways
