Well, like, a bad mouse very cheap, I use it with a laptop.

???

Now, when Opencode is launched from my extension, it uses VS Code's diagnostics instead of LSP. It's faster, has fewer bugs, and therefore uses less memory.

KIlledDebtor

Reddit certainly surprises me sometimes...

Why would I need a completely different extension designed to solve completely different problems using completely different methods?

My extension is a terminal that launches Opencode Tui in VS Code, correctly passing VS Code hotkeys and functions to it.

Why are you sending me an orchestrator designed to manage an orchestra of subagents?

Try On Ear models

I bought Vgn f1 pro for $20.

And Aliexpress is not the place where I took batteries.

KIlledDebtor

I replaced the stock battery in my VGN F1 Pro with an 800 mAh one from Cameron Sino.

The main issue with this kind of modding is that it's really hard to find batteries from reputable manufacturers, or they end up costing as much as the mouse itself.

True. When I had the subscription, I used it via Antigravity. I've switched from it to OpenCode and other agents after.

Right now I use it through the Go subscription whenever needed. There aren't any other flagship models in the subscription anyway :D

In my use cases, Gemini 4 Argon performs on par with the latest Claude and OpenAI models and outperforms Chinese models. I use it when I need to create a specific, up-to-date plan, since the model is new and has been trained on the most recent data.

That million is useless to DS Flash, he's already getting really dumb at 200k.

KIlledDebtor

It's best to keep Deepseek Flash within a context of up to 100,000–150,000.

KIlledDebtor

If you're not using the model for critical work (for example, I'm writing fairly typical SaaS apps), then Muse Spark Contributor is a really cool model and practically free on OpenCode.

KIlledDebtor

Google 4 Argon is a really really good.

This segment is below the segment for various tasks. Five-inch monitors will perform better than four-inch ones in any use case.

The Edifier MR4 isn't a pair of monitors, it's a pair of hi-fi speakers, nothing more.

I was talking about the JBL One Series 104-BT.

They also have larger monitors, but again, they're a bit more expensive than the competition, even though the competition is more popular and better known in the professional segment.

KIlledDebtor

Why buy JBL monitors when, for the same price, you can get Presonus, KFK, or Yamaha monitors with speakers that are one inch larger?

That’s actually important, 4 and 5 inches is a big difference.

KIlledDebtor

No matter the price range, I'll choose the headphones that sound better. I won't pay extra for build quality. If there are headphones with comparable sound quality at the same price, then yes, I'll go with the ones that are better built.

KIlledDebtor

Good build quality is cool. But when I put headphones on my head they just need to be comfortable, not too heavy, and not slide off my head, that's it.

KIlledDebtor

I didn't mean value, I meant that FiiO is actually on the level of budget Chinese headphones at best, in the "it'll do" tier.

If Superlux and ISK are a 6/10 in sound, then FiiO is a 5/10, or something like that.

The Beyerdynamic DT 270 Pro is a 9/10 for 150 bucks, and they also feature better build quality and reliability.

I just don't understand the hype around FiiO.

KIlledDebtor

They’re beautiful, stylish, and expensive. If you’re looking for Chinese headphones that sound great, you should check out the ISK HF2010, Superlux HD330Pro, and HD990.

Yes, they cost $50. Yes, they sound better than a $250 Fiio. But they’re not attractive or stylish. And if you say they sound better than a Fiio, people online who haven’t even listened to them will attack you.

KIlledDebtor

Honestly, I don't really care about build quality. Over the past 15 years, every new generation of Sony headphones has sounded worse than the one before. Right now, their flagship consumer headphones sound about the same as $40–$50 headphones from less expensive brands.

KIlledDebtor

What models, for example?

KIlledDebtor

JBL, Marshall, modern Sony, Fiio, Hifiman, Logitech, most of the chi-fi IEM.

KIlledDebtor

Among the models for outdoor use? If I find headphones that are better, not just more expensive, then maybe :D
