her minion clearing speed is worse, she unfortunately has a damage penalty against minions.

aside from grouping, Chisa applies the negative status Havoc Bane, which reduces enemy defense, but aside from that and grouping she really doesn't do much.

Same, the "she can now use lifesteal normally" just looks like something added to make it not seem like a huge nerf at first glance, since even if you count War Axe and Fighter Emblem giving hybrid lifesteal, you still can't really get more meaningful lifesteal to make basic attacking worth using over just sticking to the normal CDR build or just building more damage to get more attack scaling.

They really should just give her back the lifesteal conversion into basically spell vamp, that would do wonders for her instead of whatever this is. (though getting twice the benefit from hybrid lifesteal sources might be too good)

Yes it actually does make a difference, it's meant to be like Glowing Wand acting as chip damage that scales off the enemy's HP. It doesn't feel much when you're only getting hit when trading but the presence is more threatening in a teamfight.

but if the enemy pops purify you did your job anyways, plus you can re engage since your cooldowns are bs

I'm gonna say probably, since Buling buffs Resonance Skill DMG, which Jinhsi works with. I'm not sure if it'll be worth losing Verina's non existent field time + coordinated attacks though.

iirc you can pick up aero Rover for the third slot if you don't have SK
