Wait, is that a moss concrete wall or is it just green?

Sorry for the comment resurrection here, but as a current collegiate coach and former pro coach & caster, this only applies up to about champ 2. At that point, your opponents have seen it all before and know how to defend against it, so trying to do freestyle plays will just result in losing possession.
You are much better off learning gamesense first. You might not be top of your team every time but you'll win way more and at way higher of a level. MMR doesn't care about your position on the leaderboard, it's just "Did you win?"
So in the end, just do what makes you win more. Gamesense is way more consistent at that overall so learn that first.

Yes, it was. I've been playing with and broadcasting all levels since 2016. It very much was but I don't know if I actually blame Epic for it... or at least not all of it.

JFC I hope not...

I just returned to playing this game after a 3 year absence, during which time I was still casting pro and collegiate matches. Something is different now, the game sense in both 2s and 3s has gotten so much worse, and I thought it was bad before. I can't help but feel that the new wave of players coming in are seeing freestyle videos and approach the game from that mindset from day 1. No game sense, no strategy, just "see ball, go ball."
I placed into D2 after my time away and still find that people don't know that left goes... The community aspect of this game has disappeared, the average player doesn't actually engage with the RL community anymore. They see a neat freestyle shot and decide "I'll just do that".
I'd expect there will be a rank where this starts to swing back the other way but I don't know what it is.

Streaming at that quality is INSANELY expensive. The reason the OWL could do it back then is because it was artificially propped up by TONS of VC money, independent investors (and franchise owners), and Blizzard themselves.
Other esports don't have the luxury of all of that money, bandwidth, or need to do so. 1920 x 1080 max is usually plenty for streaming.
That being said, I'd love to see the entire production paradigm shift in a few certain ways. However, I'm under NDA as to what those ways are.
Source: I've been in esports broadcasting for 10 years.

Firstly, AI slop. Secondly, BAD AI slop. Thirdly, I don't think he person who made this is familiar with the area at all. It feels like spam.

This is where I need clarification: dirt, paved, or both?
Paved I'd say either Bristol or North Wilkesboro.
If dirt is allowed, Knoxville beats them all.

For me, I'd say any one of New Hampshire Motor Speedway road course, NOLA Motorports Park, Thermal Club, or Cajititlan. NHMS is just the worst: Narrow, has no flow, and it's a roval so there's a section that's basically straight and flat out and a section where you can barely get into third gear. NOLA is notoriously bad for many reasons mentioned here already. Thermal is similarly bad in that it produces bad racing and is also not challenging. Cajititlan is barely a road course, in fact I may not even say that it is.
Keegabyte
Definitely Indianapolis infield road course.

Mid-Ohio, Sonoma, and COTA are all good choices. I'd recommend against Watkins Glen, as that is a "Good" track.

Also add in The Crooked Goose on 4th Street just across from the Genetti. Fantastic pub atmosphere and the food is great too.

Maybe I'm dating myself here, but I still hear Sgt. Foley (MW2) sometimes when watching Hazbin. A game like that never leaves you, and Keith David played that role perfectly.

Damn, gotta say ending on COD was a miss. I was really hoping to see a Fallout remaster or some ES6 news but the rest of this show has been awesome.
Wait... is that COD voiceover AI generated??

FINALLY getting some clockwork revolution news! I've had this on my wishlist for 3 years.

SPYRO!!!

That's not the issue, the point was pointing out that MMOs usually don't operate that way. Kudos to ESO for breaking that mold.
Keegabyte
The biggest credit to XGS so far has been that I haven't had an eye roll and "Ugh, another one?" reaction to any games so far.
Keegabyte
Hey guys, just remember, you can still play ESO if you bought it once back in 2015 without paying extra. I'll always give them credit for that decision.
I don't play it anymore but good for those that do, they're pretty well-fed.

So far, this showcase has been better than the rest of SGF week combined. Holy hell.
Keegabyte
Yo, this showcase FUCKS. That Magicians game looked sick.

Yikes, this happened to me last season. As someone who trapped and dealt with 8 groundhogs in just the last year, I've had to learn about them. YES, they absolutely climb fences. Deterrents and trapping are most effective.
No, planting herbs are not deterrents. I've had plenty of people give me that advice and I've never seen it work. Spread spicy things like cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes on the ground around the garden; it irritates their nose and eyes. Garlic powder and blood meal can also work. As far as deterrent sprays, look for any that have egg white in them. They work pretty well.
For trapping, go with raw apple bait in a love trap. They also love peanut butter. Check your state laws before you decide to relocate as many states outlaw relocating rabies vector species. If that's the case you will need to deal with them when you trap them, HUMANELY.
Today is my 32nd birthday and I woke up with a similar thought process. Before I knew it, I was already sitting at my desk, on my second large cup of coffee. I could've sworn to you that it was only 5 minutes, but I'm so stressed out that I can tell you it takes me almost exactly 14 minutes and 30 seconds to get from my door to my desk.
I pulled up my email and just... stopped. I felt like I had just woken up from a long dream, like the last 14 years of my life were a blur. I just kinda stopped and for this first time in my adult life, I truly stopped and thought "WTF am I doing??" It was like my hopeful teenage self broke through for just long enough to wake me up.
I shut my computer down, packed up my computer, and walked out of the building. I put in my PTO for the day and went home. I stared at a wall for an hour, and then broke.
After I recovered from that existential crisis, I booted up my computer, opened up Unreal Engine, and vowed to turn my dreams into reality.
I feel like something has changed this time. I remember me as I was, and I don't want to forget that person again, no matter who tells me to.
