if your still in the illinois i would suggest you to extend the current license where it is not going to take much time as you have a valid ead and once you move there it would take atleast 15 - 30 days for you to gather the address proof so if your license isn't expired it'll be easier for you to convert the out-of-state license so no risk of retaking the written or driving test and peace of mind. all you got to do is renew before it expires.

to give you a better insights on this i am forced to give out this comment here which i have been keeping this to myself for a longer period of time. If you can digest this or not as a whole compared to the north people from the south can speak a better english and way of pronunciation is much better than the north. I am not here to pull up a linguistic war between north and the south but pulling up the facts. with the dravidian model people from the south are far the most educated this is what dravidian model has given to us.

With your grade scale assuming your from the US and your field is related to accounting my suggestion here will be not going to the bachelors again or put another chunk of money towards your grad school(masters) unless your offered with fully funded education. Instead if you can juggle between the part time and devote another 6 months of time into learning the stuff which can make you land a job that should be the one you should focus instead. Not here to demotivate you but considering the competition out there people with better grades but its not like impossible. Where personally i've seen folks with mediocre grades and stronger SOP and extracurricular achievements have got into best schools out there.
so if your from accounting major my take or piece of advice is to clear the licensing exams like CPA which obviously spend some bucks and time and definitely hard work, dedication so that is what going to land a real job and once you got certified have got decent experience in the relevant field the companies are gonna be in the watch out for you. Landing a first job might be hard but educational debts are gonna be another level of pain in the ass. And from the friends i got in the same field almost get jobs immediately not worrying about the layoff like tech jobs i work at you should be fine. All the best, and here is the suggestion i tryna give you.... :)
