For me the story is ok, nothing impressive because it is based on a popular story with some twists, this trope has been used a lot in media. I dont find any charactera in the base game worth remembering, bosses included, only exception is the last boss of dlc, because of the great voice acting and design. The music is also good, I like the songs, but that's it. The level design was not good, mostly corridors with mobs. The mobs are also not interesting design-wise imo. They looked very similar.

I really hate base building in games, I wish they also add some pre-built castle that I can just upgrade with money and materials.

The way you responded tells me a lot about you. A person who cannot take jokes, gets triggered by a simple harmless one and cannot resist the urge to make a similar comeback will for sure cannot have the patience to play a souls like, because those games tend to be more challenging and requires some effort from the players. The satisfy feeling from overcoming challenges is a feeling that people like you will have trouble understanding. It's okay, you are bad at the games and that's fine.

Choose a content that you like then spam it, for me was ritual. Get all atlas points. Learn to craft, then craft for profit, amulet sells fast. Game is easy enough you dont need mirror gears to clear all contents. Know your build, how it functions, then you will know what the next cheapest upgrade will be, stop chasing and saving all money for bis items, you will make even more by spending on other upgrades and farming strats first.

I play monk ice strike/falling thunder and I literally oneshot everything, bosses, strong rare, pinacle bosses. The game is easy af compared to poe 1 endgame, only first few levels are hard but it's just like what ? 1 hour for normal people and even less for good player. So maybe upgrade your build before complaining ? You are not supposed to do everything with little to no investment.
