Though w/ the state of the game, some or most of them probably sucked at their job. I don't hold resentment towards people for that even if it is true though. I don't think Steven made anybody lock the rogue camera during the flip attack, for example.

My response, and this entire thread really, is about how the gamer/dev relationship is the only one I know of where the customer is so parasocially attached to the company and defends them... and it's why gaming has become such a shit hobby. (maybe elon musk fanboys? idfk)

IMO wow was completely enshittified because of it. They make the stupid algalon horse, people buy it by the millions, etc. Now any mount-based achievement is pointless.
