Yea I did have a suspicion that it might be have been the cable. I guess I just didn't want to spend any money on a fix so I was just looking for other causes. But after getting Relinked VR working, the console log told me that the USB connection was having issues when it blacked out again, definitively answering that question. Guess I'll just have to source a replacement cable.

Just gave relinked a try and its a major improvement. Thanks to the console that runs, I discovered that my cable is faulty and that's what was causing my black screens. But at least Relinked recovers and doesn't crash the game unlike Horizon Link. Again, a major improvement and it will suffice until I get a new cable.

I have indeed done her agent story and main quest. Guess i gotta chalk it up to bad rng

I used to play Genshin a fair bit but stopped playing a few months after nahida's first banner. After trying ZZZ I went back to try Genshin again, but I was now so far behind on content I couldnt really be bothered continuing. I also just prefer ZZZ's combat. Now ZZZ is the only gacha I play.

*AHEM* Right.... I DEFINITELY knew about this before making this post and I'm definitely NOT an idiot :D (Thanks a ton) This was pretty much my only complaint about the beta other than the optimization.
