I’ve many tattoos but you can tell what they are but you’ve a cluster f**k. What the devil is all that???

I’m sorry not pits but pups

I bought a sad Bomeliad plant today because I was hoping I could save her. Her soil was very muddy the plants leaves & flower stem has rotted, all leaves had rotted. The root has totally disappeared. I changed half the soil out for dryer soil. Put the pits in right next to each other.

You don’t have to pay a trainer for advice, ask a nutrition question tell them your goal & ask them to point out machines or floor exercises that will meet what you want. The Crunch I go to isn’t like that. The trainers aren’t pushy. They are always willing to answer your question free. I’m at Crunch in Killeen Texas. I’ve been to others in the surrounding area but came back here, it’s the best.

Report your complaint to the mother company or owner ooo of that particular gym.

I’m a member of Crunch in Central Texas & have been for awhile. My gym is great & so is the staff including Personal Trainers, which I don’t have, so no experience with. At my Crunch we can ask them advice on nutrition, what machines & how to use them to reach our goals, all for Free! If you want one on one you hit the trainer of your choice. I’m asking today about their rules on paying for trainers & getting refunded.
Stay tuned & I’ll be back with their answer. I’m there 6 out of 7 days a week & never heard them raise their voice or shown or heard them showing any disrespect to anyone.

We go to Chrunch and love it. I’ve toned up & hubby has toned up. He lost over 125lbs with diet & most important exercise. You can be who you want to be there. Encouragement & good attitudes during.
Maybe it depends on the Crunch you join. My favorite is on Hood St. in Killeen. Sign up, they hide nothing from you on cost & amenities.

Large glass measuring cup half full of tap water, setting in sun, how long before it’s ready to use? I bake bread often & chlorine kills the bacteria needed to create yeast for baking.

Does it come in a plastic or glass container? I’d get it in glass.
