Well, the numbers on the dice fit, though the lighting is terrible. I don't think someone human would leave the 14 unshaded.
The orange patch on the wizard hat is something that no artist would do like this. Its the typical AI "I don't know if this is lighting or fabric" stuff. If its supposed to be a patch, it shouldn't disappear in the crimp of the hat. Also the ones and zeros look like they where created by a diffusion process seperatly, because they all look just a little bit different from one another, which would not happen, if you where to create it on your own.
I would bet good money that the wizard for sure was created with AI, and maybe the dice was afterwards edited.

Its too long and too consistent to be AI. Also the characters in the background do not morph or change shape. However one should be carefull with interpreting other peoples actions, especially during a high stress situation. Its the photographers job to take pictures in those situations, dead or alive (literally). Of course they rush to take pictures, even after shots are fired.

The chases i have seen usually involve around 4-5 police cars, and usually a helicopter. Just send one police car to their home, and you have suddenly 4 times more resources. Most of the time the dangerous situations are created by people doing stupid shit while fleeing from the police, not because of an inherit will to fuck shit up. Most people, even most criminals, are not retarded or suicidal enough to drive as dangerously as if when they are chased.
