If you read through the whole new ordinance and what it’s proposing, if passed, the offices would be allowed to continue to operate. However when you are selling a third-party product a.k.a. something you did not produce on site (which was the intent of the office provision) you are not operating an office defined by the city. Since you are buying and selling other people‘s product, it is defined as a retail. A lot of the folks at the mill don’t just sell their product they use the sales of other people’s products to make enough money to justify the overhead of the space. This would stop them from being able to do anything other than sell their own in-house produced product. That is why they are concerned. I would say that LB is concerned considering he is the landlord of all the mill guys and he wants his tenants to stay and be able to pay their bills. When you have a place like Fraktal that sells a bunch of other people’s products this could be detrimental and make being at the mill less viable if they had to support themselves with only products produced at that location. This is also why all the other operators that operate office spaces that carry other folks products are concerned. Ultimately the town has all the power and if they tell you, you can’t do something and hold a license over your head you kinda have to comply.

I second this, realistically, you can get them to show fairly quickly if they’re growing at an accelerated rate in a good environment just look really really closely. 30 days to 40 days is usually when they start to show, all the other stuff is just going to take the same amount of time or you’re going to stunt the plant that you took the cuttings off of. Although if you have seeds started already, it is quite early so that may not matter to you. You don’t wanna hold them back at all for the outdoor season. I would generally pop them last week in April. Unless you’re putting them in a greenhouse and they can go out before the first week in June. Bigger isn’t always better catching them on a growth stride is the best.

B wiz came from cookie Maine, guys a bit of a character , he’s still kicking around down here in southern Maine, when he went to jail a few years ago one of the Lebanon select board members went on his property and stole his plants. Not sure if that male still exists. But ya super blast from the past. Pretty sure sow low is his buddy that’s why he has the cuts.

Where did you hear they don’t grow there? They do.

The most bang for your buck anywhere in the country is gonna be future compounds, https://futurecompounds.com/product/cbd-isolate/ You can get isolate for .79c a gram so at just under 8 cents per 100mg, you can’t get anything anywhere else as high dose as that. Add it in with coconut oil and salmon oil and your dog will love it, high dose is really the best way to try and mitigate seizures. Trying to buy anything offered around here for high dose just won’t be affordable. They also have other compounds that can help if added at different ratios. Super reputable company I have ordered many times for my sister who has M.S and have made very high dose treatments that would cost hundreds around here for Pennies. Hope your pup finds some relief. If you need help with calculating dosing please reach out.

Super odd, the strains for that for sure aren’t in rotation there anymore I had rotated through them by that point, it had good color but nothing to write home about. Weird someone would post this now…

Ya I would say both of these look totally fine, they aren’t dry which is usually the complaint from most. Color has so many variable factors it’s impossible to tell anything from color. Most of the time it is dictated by the post harvest temp/handling. You can have super ripe flowers but if the temps are kept cold from buck to wash to press to jar it’s gonna come out lighter. Also one of these appears tan and the other appears more yellow, kinda hard to compare two different colors and their vibrance. And please if you’re judging rosin based on color alone you need to understand there are numerous other factors that go into determining quality. I will tell you if you are gonna start paying 40g at retail don’t expect anything as good looking/tasting as that. I will say some company’s do fuck around and heat their stuff to re introduce to less wet material to gain the appearance of a more wet product but it is quite obvious in the color/flavor. Those would appear a bit more dark tan/orange same way rosin looks when teched down for carts/pods. These guys don’t seem like the type to do that at all, I worked with them years ago and everything was always on point.

It really was, and I was surprised I got them to pop being as old as they are, Sam from salmon falls washed it for me back in the day before I had my own lab and I lost it in the transition between my first facility and the last one I had, I’m super excited to bring some old flavors back

I appreciate it, I’m no electrician but I did it all myself, 175 surface mounted boxes 250 ft of conduit and lots and lots of romex an thhn lol, even learned how to bend pipe, offsets, saddles, back to back 90’s. Gotta be a skilled tradesman to have a grow these days or your just gonna pay for one to do it right, and my ocd doesn’t like the quality of most so better to learn and do it myself.

The problem isn’t the testing I think everyone who does this the right way would want their meds to be test, it’s the cost and how they determine a pass or fail. If any pesticides are present immediate fail obviously that’s just someone who cares more about putting out a crop than spending time in the garden to prevent the need for pesticides. But TYM ( total yeast and mold) is a bad way to test for contamination. Speciation testing would be the best way to determine if something is harmful. So testing for the mycotoxin produced by penicillin or for harmful strains of aspergillus which both are not harmful unless you are allergic to penicillin or you have a weakened immune system. Even apple cider vinegar is made from apples harvest early in the day for the most beneficial yeast on their skin to create the mother. Fully organic grapes in France aka the Mecca for wine are harvested to make sure the beneficial yeast is present for the wine making process. So the testing system is flawed in a way that if it isn’t sterile the plant sample may fail even if there is beneficial yeasts and microbes present. I would rather have beneficial yeast and microbes present which naturally exist in a healthy plants biome than an radiated batch that has gone through sterilization and no longer contains anything like terps or naturally occurring compounds of the plant. But I don’t think anyone is against testing they just don’t want to pay 5k a month to drop 8 strains to market per harvest. My 2 cents

It was a split vote, there was 10 members present 3 still need to vote by Tuesday. 5 voted in favor of the Graham amendment (the worst one) 5 against and there were two other amendments. One is the Hickman amendment still track and trace and testing but allows people to get out of mandatory testing onto audit testing if they can prove their process 3 times for each product they make. Tracking would be done through a state portal like the Maine revenue portal and everything would be tracked 14 days after it hits final form giving operators who don’t want to hire people for administrative data entry time to record all of their inventory. Every product would get a batch number and every time that product is sold or moved through the system each recipient would need to record the batch number in the portal so they could perform a recall if necessary. And at the last minute they drafted the Supica amendment. This is when it gets into the political game of selling policy to the others in the house and senate. Because they couldn’t agree it’s a mixed report on what is wanted and by whom. (Real confusing I know) What happens now is it goes to the house of reps and gets read then voted on (language could be tweaked) then to the senate for the same process back to the house then back to the senate once more. If what makes it through is agreed upon by a majority it goes to the governors desk and can become law with or without a signature. Earliest we would see it into law would be July 15th. I think I will scan in the drafts I have and post them individually for everyone to read they are quite discouraging for most. But it will be helpful for people to see the language.

Let’s hope they can’t come to an agreement that would be best for all the small farmers

Gonna be going in the vault popping all sorts of new stuff, but some initial varieties that are already hunted are
Toaster strudel x mai tai from Clearwater
Ruby grand (nectarina x red runtz) Exotic
Papaya power (blue power x papaya) Sin City x Bloom Seed Co
Also have some white thorn rose and riddlez (white thorn rose x zkittles)to hunt from huckelberry hills
Then literally more kinds than I will ever be able to pop so many many flavors on the horizon

Never worked for anyone had my own company till 2018, went into business with someone and built wisely from then until the end of 2022, that partnership ended and now I’m back, what a long strange trip it has been lol

That is actually the double stacked veg room, think of the red lights kinda like red light therapy for people. It’s a deeper penetrating wave length of light, to say it in the most basic terms it wakes them up and puts them to sleep, speeds up the process in both directions.

Thank you, even the ceilings are FRP plastic so the place is basically a sterile Tupperware, you want clean meds to need a clean space 🧼🧼🧼

No your good for now, only applies to caregivers, dispensaries, and some new AU language

Ya some bad apples ruin the bunch as far as the state is concerned

You know it brother, it’s time

Used to own part of wisely up until late 22’. I was the guy behind the scenes finding the flavors and getting the products out. It’s time to bring the flavors back to the people. 🤙
Based on my experience it’s probably the latter, like I said the city of Sanford doesn’t play around, the process and cost to get a grower/cultivation license isn’t cheap and requires a city inspection annually. I know they have atleast one other cultivation site but that doesn’t mean they aren’t growing there too. And I don’t take anyone’s word for what they claim, I look at public record and process to determine what’s going on.
