They canceled it in 2019 because of heat and then in 2020 because of covid.

I'm a cyclist that goes out with full spandex and all, drivers hate us. This person was not paying attention. They had plenty of time to stop completely and I would argue they had space to make it without falling. Look at how the bike barely even moves for a while after the car is in the picture.
