Get help and remember killing yourself also will kill the dogs. So if you care about your dogs, don't kill yourself. I also realize that getting help means being separated from your dogs so I understand that part of your dilemma. Perhaps find a friend you can trust who can look after the dogs, even if it's a few hours to get help.

I like the idea if someone leaves a snack on your bunk, eat it, and when they confront you tell them you expect a snack every day on your bed from now on.

What if a group of 2 or 3 wannabe gang members starting stealing your stuff like your shoes or whatever, how do you deal with it as a lone wolf? You get into a fight and it hurts your chances of getting out earlier and blemishes your prison record.

I guess the Iranians are an example of this. The USA and Israel tried to cut off the heads of their military by killing as many leaders as possible, including the Ayatollah.
