I would say it can get in the way of platforming accuracy just cause of its size (same as a big ballgown or wings) but it's really fun and doesn't move around in an annoying way at all to me! I have it equipped to my Born Flawless purification outfit as an Itzaland version of Cat Nikki. ☺️ (she is wearing parts of the base Itzaland red Nikki outfit with hood).

Dang...tis a bummer. It was certainly nice while it lasted. I was able to get all the materials to fully evolve the last Itzaland miracle outfit at least.
Least my exploit to use the Rippling Reverie outfit to hack into the pink whimstar cubes in the curios still works. 😏👌

The outfit is still really nice even if the ability isn't something that might be utilized in the next region. Also new players are still going to have to play through Itzaland at some point so they might want that outfit at the start just like when people first started in 2.0. Also it pairs well with Dust Shrouded Crime pieces wise.

Yeah they should make it so you can move while the animation is playing or just have a toggle to turn the animation on or off.

Course you saw this post immediately 😂💕👍
I miss that bug so much. Flying around Sea of Stars as the Deer was soooo fun! I wish they'd allow it normally, also the Loong dragon. They just could be sure to put limits of height or death barriers so you'd stay within bounds, no big deal. It would be a nice perk. 🙏😭

I made a wig for my friends Rise of the Guardian Sandy cosplay out of wefted wool tufts. They're just glued onto a cotton knit fabric cap. We incorporated sparkly fibers like firestar too.
You could also do this with brushed out yarn. Could make for a nice flame effect!

Could you not attach them to the headband somehow? To counteract their own weight you could literally wrap the ribbons around the headband and then tie them to each other in the middle.

Stellarites. It's a Chinese translation.

I can dream. It would be such a cool piece to be separate!!
Pieces wise that could be...Overskirt (outerwear or back wear), earrings, socks, shoes, dress, gloves, hat, hair, necklace, handheld. That's 10 pieces, 9 if handheld is compendium. I know four stars usually only have 8 to 9 pieces, but there are exceptions (froggy fashion has 10). Since this is a shop item and not a banner it would make sense to put something with extra pieces there because it's not like you're pulling for it.

Finally something to spend my saved up monthly pass Stellarites on! I haven't really liked a lot of the shop outfits recently. It's so cute!!

Remembering this area some items might be hidden as rocks or objects, and you need to use that shadow sneak ability to make them appear. I know some of my final chests in this area were hidden behind or inside rocks.

I pulled last minute for it yesterday because I don't like the next update outfit and had plenty of diamonds saved to have enough by 3.0 for least one 5 star and we'll be getting lots more the next 2 updates. Took me 183 pulls. I was luckier on my last two banners 🫠 but this at least got me that first Evo so I was able to do a cute pastel dye job on the whole thing which made me like it more (I make everything pastel lol). I don't think I'll be using a ton of it all the time in my outfits but there's some really nice sparkly accessories and I do love sparkly accessories.
I will say the ability is great if you're a completionist. I've used the beta map to help locate missing dews in the past and sometimes they're just really hard to find even with that. Heck I use the beta map to locate the general area of the last few chests and then I use my deer ability to really seek them out. Areas with multiple planes of height, the beta map only does so much. The deer was instrumental in me finding the last few chests in the abandoned District, Hevans Reach and Spira, since you can pick one of the chests that comes up on your in-game minimap and it will literally pinpoint it with distance to target. The new outfit does the same thing with both whimstars and dews!
So yea, good abilities really do increase quality of life in this game and we've never had a dew tracker before ....of course I'll be angry if they release another one in like 3 updates haha.

Oh heck yeah going to finish my cloud Daydreams outfit! (only pulled half last time)

People already gave some good advice so I'm just going to say I completely love your makeshift solution of using a wrapped roll of paper towels as your wig holder. 😂👏 I will recommend getting a styrofoam ir fabric head in the future if possible. It'll hold it better and you could pin it to it easier / transport it that way.

While I totally agree with the eyeliner pencil and smudging out / pigmented matte black eyeshadow - since I already have it on hand I myself would use my black water-based Mehron Paradise AQ face paint and use eyeshadow for feathering. I had no trouble using the Mehron black face paint directly next to my eye. ( I do know they generally don't recommend putting yellow / orange / red-based pigments of that brand face paint directly next to the eye).

My middle school years ooughhh 😭💕👏 Looks spot on!

Yeah I was really happy they added it to the Whim log! It's so nice, but it does require having something else open. 🫠

I use stretchy 4 way spandex for poly pellet sacks. I make the sack big enough that I only need to fill it like 3/4 way full ...and then I push down the beans and put some pins in place they don't get in the way when I sew shut the top. I just sew straight across and don't bother tucking in any raw edges because the spandex doesn't Fray anyway and no one's going to see it.
A lot of my smaller plush I stuff them so firmly I don't even bother with a poly palette bag cuz the beans will stay where I want them and my work is meant for adults and display not children anyway. If the plush is made of minky the beans will not escape through anywhere, but if I'm making a plush with maybe a bigger weave (wool) that I do want a bean sack.

We had a Zoobooks subscription and YES little me LOVED THEM. Great scientific info and good illustrations. 👌 I think there's only a few things outdated now and mostly from the dinosaur ones.

My wife is a bigger lady and rocks it being male characters! She has a huge chest (hoping for a reduction some day) but in a binder and the right fitting outfit she looks like a buff guy! Her binder is full torso from underworks so it also evens her tummy out a little. I airbrushed abs onto it. 😉 Check her out in our Archie and Maxie cosplays we do together. She had the confidence to wear a skin tight body suit. I hope it inspires you to be your fav characters!
Once you're done up in a cosplay proportioned to YOUR body you look great in anything. I myself have gained weight from when I was in my early 30's so I totally get it, but trust me doing a good cosplay and bringing that character to life, that's all people see at a con. 🥰💕

I would scale up my plush patterns with my home scanner / copier. You can do custom resize easily under the copy options (like even 300%). I do have one that can print tabloid though (11" x 17") which helps.
If something's going to be so big it won't fit on one piece of paper you might need to physically scan the thing onto the computer, scale it up in an art program and then print it out on multiple pages. If you don't own an art program you can do print size / scale, GIMP is open source and free.

I almost never go for second evos of 4 stars but I LOVED the pastel look on Shadowplay Night. I am loving running around with it. I will say the only good pieces are the overcoat, dress, hair, and shoes (very cool drippy look). The rest are nothing special.

OP this would probably be the best option to make your hair actually pretty white in those line areas cuz spray on color doesn't have super great coverage.
I'd recommend hairspraying your hair into the correct style - so it's already pretty together as you want those lines to stay concrete. Then use some masking tape on your hair ( it's going to be pretty stiff from the Hairspray) and then sponge on the hair white (which is essentially a water-based face paint. Like I use Mehron Aqua colors in my hair and it comes out fine). Remove the masking tape after it is bone dry, and voila you have lines.

Eureka's are such an energy sink...because it's not like glowing up outfits where you spend energy to get bubbles and blings straightforward.
You need to spend your precious daily energy to RNG quick play the dungeons to hope you get some five-star Eureka. Then once you maybe spend a whole day's energy just to get two five-star Eureka then you have to spend blings to level them up, which is RNG AGAIN for color. It's awful.

This is what I do! I perfer no added bulk of base fabric and don't want to rip paper off. I use a template (either a ruler, template plastic, or paper) to check my size so I don't waste too much as it gets bigger.
