I agree. Doing infinite damage was clearly intended and calling it a nerf is reasonable.

Preach brother. Grapple while traversing a level is a fun mechanic. Grapple during a hectic fight is absolute butthole cancer.

For a similar price as the basic game on release, you can now buy the deluxe version and get all the dlc's aswell.

I had the same issue, and I suspect it's the same log that you're missing. If you travel to the south-westernmost tiki bar, and follow the road that goes west and then north along the edge of the island, you'll come to a little ripper settlement where you'll find an echo log. Neither the story nor any side missions leads there, so it's easily missed.

In my opinion yes, and I'm not bitter at all that Loveleless and the paid vault cards are essentially made free for everyone who didn't play from the start. Grr.

I can't speak for issues 1 & 2, I've played through the DLC with my co-op friend and didn't encounter that issue.

We did however encounter issue 3. I don't know if this is the solution, but it never happened if both players were in close proximity to the rift, and the hosting player went through first.

Would you mind finding the ISBN for them? Even amazon only shows the large format, and they usually have both when I've checked. 

This only works if consume/unsummon demon is on an active keybind.
