I second this, I went and got fitted there and found my all time favorite bra (I have since bought 4 of them) and I wanna say it was like $125 for the bra but it LASTS

I’d recommend giving Hyde Park Dental a call. I’ve been seeing Dr. Tran there for coming up on 15 years now and she has been amazing. Honestly explain the situation and I’d be willing to bet her office can help you somehow even if they are just a resource. The office used to do something called the Christmas Smiles Program where they’d do one minor dental procedure for free at Christmas time and that saved my single father a lot of money when I was a kid bc I apparently have very cavity-prone teeth. I really hope this helps!

I know that Painting with a Twist implies drinking BUT since it’s BYOB you could always just bring nothing and just enjoy a painting experience. That’s what I did with my friend a few months ago. They walk you through the painting step by step and yet everyone’s still turns out different, it’s so cool!

I think it would also be a good option because it’s done sitting down (on a day maybe you’re not feeling your best) and would likely allow for a wheelchair if necessary just based on how the tables are set up.

I didn’t have very good education on periods (I live in the US so this is unsurprising) plus I didn’t have a mother to ask about it and I didn’t know what was happening until about my 4th time having my period. For my first few ones I just had dark brown marks in my underwear instead of red blood so I genuinely thought I was just bad at wiping when I pooped which made me super self conscious. Eventually I talked to my friends and realized what was going on. I was lucky to be a bit of a late bloomer because my girls were already in the trenches of having their own periods and everyone was so nice about it. Shoutout to my middle school besties for teaching me everything from what pads to use to how to wear a tampon.
