So, the cabinets I usually clean by standing on top the counter (as long as it’s stable and has a good weight limit, aka not shit) with tons of paper towels, goo gone, and a multi use spray (same you use for cabinets normally). Spray goo gone, wait, then should slide right off. Get all the hair and muck off then do a final wipe down with spray. Will take a lot of paper towels or rags. If you can’t stand on the counter for any reason I’d use a ladder. Marketplaces usually have free/cheap used ladders. I usually clean my hvac with a drill attachment I got from a thrift store, but landlord should cover that if you prefer to have someone else do it. Yeah tbh the landlord should probably have anything that can’t be easily cleaned done himself (like if it’s stuck on, not just inaccessible).
