Like I said, stop adding back the calories you burn with exercise. You're adding back your weight loss. And as the other person wrote, that is still considered a fairly sedentary lifestyle. You're concerned about not losing much weight, and you're doing exactly the things that are going to prevent you from losing weight.

You can keep making excuses or you can take the advice 🤷🏼‍♀️

Every business takes inventory. And when it comes to a $1,200 phone they were absolutely going to have a good record of inventory. They just have dumb pickers who put the wrong phone in the box.

Dogs that don't mind living in their own filth, we're probably coming from a situation where that was normal. Which would be a puppy mill or some other unsanitary conditions like hoarding or a really bad backyard breeder.

Oh that's really sad, and it's all so really hard to turn it around.

The only thing I can recommend is making sure the crate is the right size, but then putting a playpen around the crate with some puppy pads. And yes it will make house breaking more difficult, but you can eventually put the puppy pads outdoors as the dog increases their bladder capacity.

You cannot add back calories just because you exercised. If you're capping yourself at 1200 to 1300 calories that's probably quite suitable for someone who's 5 foot 2.

That said, the first month I only lost 5 lb. The second month I lost 12 lb. I continue to lose an average of 8 to 10 lb a month. Give it time.

Wash & fold! I don't know if laundromats still do that. But the up charge over doing it myself, hanging around the laundromat, and always having enough quarters to feed the machine was well worth it.

If she's only doing his clothes once a month and she's doing 16 loads of laundry, I guarantee that she's doing more than one load of just his clothing. So why can't she do some of it mid month? This is the lot you draw when you're the stay-at-home parent, as I was. This doesn't seem like a huge ask.

16 loads of laundry, that means you're doing laundry every other day. How many of those 16 loads are just your husband's clothing? 2? 3? Unless you're only doing one load of hubby's clothing, I don't see why you can't do them halfway through the month?

As a former stay-at-home parent, who also only worked part-time on occasion, husband was the breadwinner, this is one of those compromises, and I don't see it as an unreasonable request.
