yeah there are a lot of milks that shouldn’t be consumed.

dairy cows get used for meat. it’s cheap burger commonly used in fast food. because it is lower quality than an actual beef cow. 

and outside of the US dairy cows also being used for meat is quite common. 

Nutrition is actually a pretty new science. especially what we know today vs 100 years ago.  

Also, in a medical dictionary there is only one milk. But that should only be used if you care about health and science.

and only one of the non-milks has a nutritional value of any reasonable comparison, but comes with an estrogen like compound that will bind to your estrogen receptors.
