Longzilla

I’ve only seen them ever at our Krogers store

Longzilla

Glad to help!

Longzilla

You're welcome. Those are the exact same ones that my toddler is hoping for!

Thanks for the encouraging feedback!!

Longzilla

Absolutely! I hadn’t even considered it, but this seems pretty doable

Honestly I didn’t have a good solve for drawers that sat in between steps. The plan was to use double-sided tape as a shim, the tape is nearly 1mm thick with plenty of compression. I also had a design with the bottom teeth staggered from the top teeth, for micro adjustment that I shelved for the time being.

I love the spring suggestion. I’ll have to dig into this one more.

Longzilla

Definitely! I’ll work on learning more CAD and try to make this parametric in the future!

Longzilla

Good question, there was no practical reason for it to be this over engineered. I’m new to 3D printing / modeling, and this seemed like a good way to challenge and learn about designing, tolerances, etc, definitely over kill 😝

Longzilla

Awesome suggestion, I hadn't even consider posting it there also.

Went ahead and created in Printables!

Longzilla

great suggestion, this makes a lot of sense. I'm eagerly working on learning a proper CAD that can do parametrics!

Longzilla

Thanks! Let me know if these work well for you

Longzilla

ty ty!

Longzilla

That so awesome!! I’ve never seen these before, and will check it out

Hey all, I'm brand new to 3D printing, and my wife specifically requested organizers for our baby drawer. The dividers can easily be adjusted to fit drawer widths between 230mm to 375mm.

This was my first time designing a model, so things are a bit over engineered (and also under refined)... so I welcome the feedback. Things were created in TinkerCAD (and fillets added in F360, as I still learn the software)
