If I got called a racist for quoting this I could live with that.

This comment thread is surprisingly civil and level headed. This is how discourse should be, I hope it remains like that.

I thought conservatives rejected the idea of "safe spaces"? I sure do.

China is on the Human Rights Council so they praised themselves but officially. There's no single unified human rights body though, there's the aforementioned Council which is political (and was rebranded once already because of the blatant bullshitting going on), but there's also the Committee which is made up of experts (of which currently none are Chinese).

Loraash

Oh no! Anyway...

Wait, next you'll be telling me that water is wet

Google Maps did something similar during the BLM PR points farming craze when they started listing black-owned businesses. Like WTF, that's straight out of Hitler's playbook. People were trolling them left and right that they should totally go beyond just black businesses and mark LGBTQ+-owned businesses with some kind of icon like let's say a pink triangle. giga facepalm

11 has MANkind, that will be problematic /s

Loraash

The uproar is these terms getting whitelisted and nothing else. The forced nature of it. If you want to call your mother your parent, nobody will stop you.

Loraash

That would suggest that being pro-birth was based on logic.

Loraash

So that's why Kim is so fat, he needs to keep himself smart! /s

I'm sure that if on the battlefield someone can't run as fast as the rest of the unit they'll be just fine but only if female. The enemy wouldn't shoot a lady. /s

Loraash

Spoiler alert: with vast individual differences.

Loraash

That was clearly white privilege /s

This is called the euphemism treadmill and it is now well known that no matter how much you want to change a word to "fix" this problem the stigma will follow and you're back where you started. Rеt‍аr‍d was originally introduced to be a euphemism for imbecile - which ironically now trips almost no profanity filters despite being the stronger word.

Loraash

It doesn't and their "they" is gendered (ellos/ellas, also their "you"). Nouns have an inherent gender associated with them (kind of like how ships in English are female) which decides "it". If you don't know or refer to a mixed group of people you use the male variants that also double as neutral. It's also how French works, not sure about Italian.

Loraash

Which includes giving the rich tax cuts. As a first step that should be reversed.

Loraash

It's ridiculous to see those +100 or above comments getting collapsed by the mods :D The double irony is that most conservatives around the world are on board with social security.

Loraash

I use krisp through Discord and I was not aware of any limits.

Loraash

lol out loud

FREEDOM!

How does a place let a man run with the same name as an opponent but not come to any primaries and then can’t be found after the election.

As far as I know this was 100% legal. Unethical but legal, until the rules change there's not much you can do other than run your own fake candidates with a similar name to even things out. It would also be a bitch to word those theoretical new rules and not have them apply to legitimate candidates who just happened to share a name with someone else.

Loraash

Yes, please do! That will show the traitorous Republicans AND the libtards! 2 for 1!

Did you forget to wear your magical marriage aura that lets them know you're married? /s
