River table a little tacky on the bottom? (self.epoxy)

Piano hinge should work well here I think... Use some door catches at the top to stop the door from going to far inside.
Edit..You may need to add some wood to the edge on the doors where the hinge is mounted

👀 yikes
Lorbe_Wabo
I always do in the center because there's more wood surrounding the screw, which in my mind makes it stronger.
Also you should pre drill to avoid splitting unless you're framing a wall... Then who cares if it splits... Just cover it with drywall 🤣
Lorbe_Wabo
The likelihood you're going to be able to find that exact pattern with those precise dimensions is unlikely... Most manufacturers have custom made cutter blades. I think your best bet it just to find something that looks similar with the double style and just use that.

Shitlap

I only recommend it if your household has a combined income of over 150k yearly...

Personally i use a gamegenics I think? I'm a very casual player... The case actually sucks as the fabric is very tight.
Lorbe_Wabo
Yeah the material when vacuum forming needs to be thinner for sure as you need it to follow all the contours of the negative and the prototype you show on your Kickstarter looks pretty complex with all lil feet on the bottom and such. And I have to agree, it will effectively make the product feel cheaper... I know nothing about 3d printing but could resin printing be an option?
Lorbe_Wabo
Might be better to modify the design slightly and do vacuum forming instead... Injection molding is insanely expensive for something as trivial as a deck box imo. I'm sure these cases are sick af but at the end of the day, even hard core mtg fans are going to be more inclined to spend more loot on cards and less on the peripheral aspects of play. That being said, how much are the prototypes worth just in raw materials?

Lmao, ok dude I'm not going to argue with you any longer... OP can accept their fate and leave without a word or they can do what they can and take advantage of the legislation. I hope they understand that they do have rights as a tenant and should use them to their benefit. Have a good day bud.
Lorbe_Wabo
Where did I say I hate landlords?? Buddy, I hate people assuming they've lost before the fight even starts.. this sub is teeming with posts about LL tenant issues... They might as well change it from r/Ontario to r/Ontariotenantquestions. There are laws people aren't aware of, laws that can enable them to be able to stay in their homes.. I do apologize if I've offended you by outlining some of these laws.
Lorbe_Wabo
Will they though? They may... They may not. By not knowing the laws and walking away, yeah they 100 percent will need a new place. By fighting it and making the landlord's plans difficult, they may get to stay where they are :)
Lorbe_Wabo
They may not have to leave at all though. They don't currently have to leave the unit at all.. and if they do, they're effectively giving in. Assuming they have to find a new place is insinuating that the person finds a buyer who wants to deal with a tenant eviction, can provide proof that they or a family member is moving in, is willing to fill out the correct paperwork, then fight the tenant in court... From the time the house is on MLS to the eviction date, I figure OP has atleast another year and that's also assuming everything goes perfectly for the LL/new owners..
Lorbe_Wabo
They don't need to find a new place... Did you not read my post? The lease transfers over to the new owner of the house. Then only if the new owner wants to move in, the must file an N12 with the landlord tenant board... As soon as they serve you the paper, you dispute it with the board... By this time, you're like 7 months into this whole ordeal, now the board was super back logged and I think they're only starting to get back in order... Bottom line is this individual has atleast 8-9 months if everything goes well for the landlord and they know know their rights. Most landlords are actually counting on tenants saying "oh well I gotta find a new place anyway " and just walking away... If you fight them for a full year by doing it my way, there's a chance they won't even sell..
Lorbe_Wabo
They can but they must fill out forms after the purchase... They HAVE to file these forms and you as a tenant can and should fight it at the landlord tenant board...
Edit: this process takes a long time and will deter most buyers from even putting in an offer... Just leaving after your landlord says he's selling the house is exactly what these pricks want...
Lorbe_Wabo
Offer them some rent money and take care of the remodel yourself mostly? It really depends on your relationship with them... There's alot of rural folk who can be real hard asses so it's difficult to say how to bring it up. It seems like it's mutually beneficial to have you stay with them but I think if you could sweeten the deal with a couple hundred bucks a month or whatever it might show them you're serious.
Lorbe_Wabo
Maybe she's a vampire? I dunno about you but when I was a kid we were in the house by 8:00, 8:30 for sure.. it was a rule And we had to follow it..
Lorbe_Wabo
Don't beat yourself up over that.. it's completely understandable that you forgot to call. I thinks it's rather terrible of him to guilt trip you like that. If you've apologized once and explained your situation that should be enough... Your excuse is valid and if he can't see that then oh well.
Lorbe_Wabo
You are being petty and you shouldn't write the recruiter... If the individual is truly as bad as you say, they will get what's coming to them. If you choose to insert yourself into the equation there's really no telling what could come of it.
Lorbe_Wabo
Know your rights... Even if he sells the unit, you come with the lease.. I cope by knowing the laws.
Lorbe_Wabo
3 generations of junk...
Lorbe_Wabo
Also he should make sure he knows how to read as he clearly wasn't able to read the sub rules...
Whatever size is cheap and not too small, like I said, you may need to add some wood to the back of the doors if your hinge is too wide.
