Are they all over your hands or just where we can see in the pic? Also wondering do they ever get worse or have they stayed the same, do they ever itch?

Cool cool, I plan to bring these med questions up to my doctor at my next follow-up. Just sick of them finding nothing so that's why any ideas are helpful. Of course I will ask my doctor before doing anything though. :)

If you go to a dermatologist they can do a skin patch test with 80 different common skin irritants found in laundry detergents, skin care, lotions etc. I would try that as it can find both allergies and irritants. They put it on your back so you can’t really scratch at them. Not sure why your Dr. didn’t believe in skin patch testing. This helped me find out that fragrance is a strong irritant for me and helped me find out the skin cream I was using I was allergic to.

I’ve also been wondering about b12 so planning to ask her if we can check that too.

Forgot to mention in my post I use Zoryve cream and betamethasone dipro cream- this one only every two weeks. These are prescribed by my dermatologist but she hasn’t seemed to know how to solve the hyperpigmentation or discoloration as we’ve been focusing most on hydrating the skin and stopping the itch.
