It seems like your boyfriend had himself a temper tantrum and angrily flung the blanket off which then hit you. I'm not seeing you mention that there was any physical damage to your face or eye caused by the blanket. If he's never been aggressive verbally or physically before, it's probably safe to give him a pass this time. But obviously he needs to be made aware of what he did and to work on keeping his temper in check. Eyes are pretty easy to damage even from soft fabric.

This scenario was depicted in the movie The Abyss. The girl was probably in hypothermia before she went under.

You're wanting a relationship with a woman that seems to still be caught up on her ex after 5 years. Do yourself a favor and don't pursue this woman.

My first playthrough, early in chapter 2 I found a thoroughbred standing alone in the rain by the side of the road near Horseshoe Overlook. At first she was great! We'd be getting chased by gangs, lawmen, bounty hunters, and I could focus my attention on looking back and shooting at whoever was chasing us. She'd weave through the woods and leap over obstacles. Sometime in chapter 4, that all changed. She started regularly running into anything and everything. Eventually, she ran us both into a tree at full speed gallop, instantly killing her. In subsequent playthroughs all of my horses have required me to steer them around anything in front of us. Even then, somehow they do manage to disregard my input into my controller and go the opposite direction, straight into whatever the heck I was trying not to hit.

Dual wielding probably has some merits as well as being a vibe for some players. Everyone's head canon for their Arthur/John are different.

The only time you should be fighting back in a situation like this is if they're trying to put you into a vehicle and move you to another location. Because if they do you are most certainly going to die.

If I duel an npc or want to do a quickdraw kill, I'm only drawing one handgun, the Schofield. If I'm going into a fight (e,g,. ambush, stage being robbed by enemy gang, prison wagon) while on horseback I'm set up to draw my semiauto shotgun. If it's going to be a longer range engagement I use the Lancaster. It's just my personal preference. I have thought about dual wielding Volcanic pistols. But the thought of having to relearn a different way to play when I've been playing a certain way for so long doesn't appeal to me.

Yes, 100% choice.

I get it in chapter 2 but for me it's an aesthetic. I don't dual wield handguns when I'm fighting.

I had a number of beaters from age 16 to 33 that I bought for $200 or less and drove for 1-3 years. Rusty but trusty hoopties everyone of them.

That might be it. I do get some kind of brain chemical thing going on when how I plan my workload for the day, goes exactly as I planned it.

LucanOrion

I'm 54 and I my teammates and manager (all are younger) almost complain about how I tend to respond to the emails to our group quicker, I find coverage, handle dispatching, and send waybills quicker. I resolve problems quicker. Whenever they go to do something, I often have already taken care of it. They sometimes get stressed and bogged down with their workload and ask for and need help. Meanwhile I'm managing mine and also taking a lot off their plates, and cracking dad jokes all day while doing it. I wouldn't have it any other way. I have no clue where this work ethic and ability came from. I was lazy AF when I was their age!

That's a shame. I haven't been to the Red Cow in over a year. But the food was always good. Never heard of the Hen House. News like this kind of turns me off a place,

LucanOrion

I still feel like I have a myriad of other issues going on inside my brain. Not being limerent would at least lighten the load!

Look at OP's post history before you click anything.

I live 2 blocks from there. I think the city should reclaim the area but at the same time could really care less whether they do or not. I haven't passed through there in years. The now closed Dragon Wok was the only business in that area I went to.

I believe everyone is racist in one form or another and to varying extremes. You have those who view and judge people harshly based off of ethnicity and despise them. There are also people who have the flip side where they view and judge those based off of their ethnicity, and feel compelled to help them or think that they require their help because of their ethnicity. Either way, it’s judging a person based on their ethnicity.

LucanOrion

I understand. You've both grown out of childhood (you met at 17 years old) into adulthood together. I don't think it's possible to be together with a person for 5 years and not feel hurt, scared, and sad at the prospect of going your separate ways.

The way you describe her, "she is not interested in visiting places, hates cities." - "she hates playing any games that requires thinking" - "She’s becoming more and more distant" You mentioned you went through therapy to work on your issues and improving. She could have her own issues that she's unwilling to work on.

Right now you're seeing that your vision of what you want for your future is different than hers. You can decide for yourself if staying to be with her, because of how long you've been together and how you felt she supported you, will be enough for you in the long run. But it seems you would need to give up on pursuing a future you're imagining for yourself and stay with a person who is distant and doesn't share your interests and outlook on life.

LucanOrion

It reads to me like you both had (still have) some personal issues. Personal issues have to be owned individually. You can't fix someone and they can't fix you. On top of that, there are some incompatibilities in the direction of your lives. You may end up being very unhappy if you try to stay, give up on what you want out of life by staying to be with her, and living with all of her issues. She also may be very unhappy if you get her to move with you. I'm sorry. But you're relationship with her, appears to me, to be reaching the ending.

These came along too late for me. I was way too big to ride them. But they looked fun to ride and much better than the Big Wheel.

There's a difference between, "That guy/girl is attractive. I'd like to date them!" and "OMG! That guy/girl is the most handsome/beautiful I've ever seen in my life! Every time they smile at me, talk to me, and are around me my world is complete. I can't live without them!"

What happened was you're not a good shot with a bow so you had to curbstomp that cougar to death. At least it was a legendary cougar so the pelt is good.

The Prius driver had been planning to merge over into that lane, on that day, at that time, since before you were ever born.

LucanOrion

I don’t. I usually only use the revolver for dueling and quick draw kills. Barrel length doesn’t matter as much for me in those situations imho.
