1/ the important thing is weekly limit, if you go by a week without all the limit reached, you are wasting money

2/ the same work at 300k context will yield better result at 800k context. The more context a model has to hold, the more its intelligence degrade => start a new chat often (maybe ask the previous chat to write a handoff at the end of the task, so the new one can pick it up)

3/ each chat session has a cache, if more than 1 hour passed between message, the entire chat history is re-read, spending precious token while doing so, this is the biggest waste of token, and utterly useless. Yet another reason to start a new chat often
