If you can afford it, I can highly recommend these guys: https://www.comoclassicboats.com they have the authentic classic lake Como boats. Just did a tour with them last week. Lenno is the closest town to the villa. Tremezzo and Menaggio are also pretty close, but you’d need a transfer from there.
