Sports bras are very good the tight fitting ones really help with keeping your chest in place lol the brand that I usually buy are the maxed bra from Mr Price or sports scene

If you scared she might mess up your floor or anything just give her a throw up plastic bag And make sure you have some on you lol it might sound dumb but I always have a throw up plastic bags like a small one because I can’t stand the sight of throw up what I will suggest is that and maybe taking her to the doctor to maybe get a injection for the nausea maybe she caught a stomach bug from something she ingested or touched

N I was actually telling my doctor to put me on those type of meds😭I’ve tried em before but that was yrs ago. Im still going to my neuro to do some tests bc I feel like the meds caused damage reason being is when I get a panic attack is shifts into a seizure 🤦🏽which is so tiring

I hv anxiety from past trauma, n im still experiencing the withdrawals my anxiety has nothing to do wit it tbh its just tiring feeling sick everyday. Im going to see my neurologist since the meds caused damage

Maybe harmless for u🤦🏽n no seizure meds are not harmless they have very critical consequences and effects on a body if you actually have knowledge on it

It’s day 7 and I had the worse nausea and bloating that lasted a hour or so. I haven’t had bad headaches like I used to before they simmered down 💔I have been feeling de realisation more often rn

Yeah it’s odd maybe in South Africa it’s ok here but other countries like USA no they don’t use this type of meds for anxiety

My dr told me to reduce it which I did n once the side effects got too much to handle I stopped it
