Talion, Shadow of Mordor to Shadow of War.

In forging the New Ring, you pour all your levels gained in the course of the first game into the thing, and then Celebrimbor gets ripped from Talion, leaving him dying until he can get the Ringmaker back, forcing him to use its power just to stay alive until he can make a trade to get Celebrimbor back. For the Ring, naturally, so Talion ends up without any of the Orc captains he had brainwashed in the first game because they slipped their binds as he was channeling levels, and without the powers because bad deal.

He's gone beyond the rim. See you around, old friend.

Drone gets their autonomy back but are still stuck in the suit?

Double checked. Huh. Saucer is close in the side but head on no dice. Nacelle pylons are almost sovereign but I can't think of any subclasses that have those shapes.

Might be the Avenger Battlecruiser?

Actually gives it a niche as a zombie for npcs in my opinion, at least modded as I have started playing. Move all the big hitter weapons to the torso, put nothing or cheap weapons on the arms, and your bot lancemates will use those big arms to block and shield their torso for as long as possible. Banshees become niche viable here for similar reasons.

Nah, if these dictators are anything like historical, you can get them to completely overturn their fiscal sensibilities with Superheavies. Appeal to the Wunderwaffe Attraction despots just fucking love. But then it takes so long and so much cost in resources that even if it works, the sheer amount of capitol wrapped up in a single unit will make it prohibitive to so much as run for more than five minutes. And bonus, the morale and confidence hit is regime-ending if (More like when) it actually gets destroyed. Hit the fucks with Yamato Syndrome.
But, fine, if they don't bite (and even if they do), then....

Light: Modify (read: monkey model the pants off of) the Spider, frail and pilot-munching without the advanced tech, emphasize the fodder status of the light mech pilot and play up the speed and slimness of the resultant design. Emphasize the track record but leave out that you're cutting the bits that made it good in the hands of the very best pilots available. Basically, mech TIE Fighters.

Medium: there's some fun options that might wow but prove a headache long-term. I originally wanted to go with the Clint, but there were never many that got made, so I have a couple options. One is the Vulcan Cicada (Mixed up my Fat Lights), which is almost a light at 40 tons and can bully infantry and little more. The other main one is the Centurion, which without significant modification is a bit on the slow side and sacrifices a lot to put that really big and obvious gun on its arm with little other weaponry to speak of, and is difficult to maintain to boot. The last one that hurts to put here because I have a soft spot is the Shadow Hawk. Cheap, found everywhere, reliable and flexible, but not outstanding in any real capacity, falling victim to Master of None Syndrome.

Heavy: Convince your Dear Leader to splurge here, I should think. The Axeman is an imposing close-in monster but is a maintenance nightmare and toothless outside point-blank range. Another option is the Dragon which boasts impressive firepower but is a maintenance nightmare. I initially wanted my third option to be a Jaegermech or a Rifleman because memes, but I think the real answer that might be accepted is the Yeoman. Hyper-specialized LRM boat and nothing else. A monster to be sure, but hard countered by ECM and AMS systems.

.... I think it says something that my first instinct for sabotaging the structure of the military is to Galactic Empire the shit out of it.

Caliban Prime.

Time to bring my boy home

Avoid avoid avoid. Lenovo Laptops have not been good for a while now. My last one was a buggy crashy mess that required repeated reinstalls of the OS.

Royal Warhammer loaded with Clantech. Think I'm good.

How fantastical

^{Rolled: Debt: $0 | Job: Pays well | Happiness: Great | …: Not rigged}

It has the dubious honor of being worth more as parts than as a complete vehicle.

The main cannon was more useful made into a long range marksman gun for Zakus.

The lower hull was more useful for making damaged Zakus into Zaku Tanks either as workers units or just to get a ruined MS back into fighting condition.

Venato Prime is singing to me. Is it singing to you?

Project Lancer progress update:

So, good news, we managed to get down a build method for the base lance and even the gun housings and can confirm they hold up to combat stress.

Bad news, our supplier for the built-in 90mm machine guns for our MS weapon just got busted by the NDF Regulatory Committee Inspectors, so we can't complete more than our first 5 orders for GunLances unless we get a new supplier.

Anyone got a hookup? We'll do your first order at cost!

I take Caliban and spin through.

I chose 4

On the ground, that was absolutely the case, with the Feddies being able to airdrop supplies to the White Base behind Zeon lines. The problem was that Zeon was a spaceborne faction and MS were fighters plus ultra in that specific environment.

Caliban and Dante, started october of 24, been helping me through tough times

Makes me wonder if they have multiple suppliers contracted and there's just one shop that's a complete dud.

Consider: left that transforms into right

Yay living cum tf

I swear I had a dream like this once. I was given several bone-deep injections and was held in isolation as my body changed. Wound up as a new variant with grey fur and 5 fingered paws that when introduced to the experiment population a lot of the standard expies were really curious about.
