It's utterly stupid but not as odd as it seems. Power is power after all, whether you get it from people who like you or people who loathe you.
Just look at all the Jewish Americans that are happy to cozy up to Trump and Maga despite the fact that Anti Semitism runs rampant in that movement.

Look, I'm not denying that neither side is exactly perfect, but the idea that the Arabs have simply chosen "Might makes Right" while the poor Israelis have desperately tried to make peace is misguided.
There is a large and very vocal segment of Israeli society that is absolutely opposed to peace with Palestinians/Arabs at any cost. Men like Netanyahu or Itamar Ben Gvir or Bezalel Smotrich do not spring up out of nowhere overnight. Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated for the Osolo Peace accords, for in his own words offering "less than a state".
Netanyahu has literally been recorded bragging about how he manipulates the US and how he undercut the Osolo accords.
You're right though. There is a lesser evil. And it's unfortunately not Israel. Even if we put aside the devastating response to Oct 7, any government which allows a Journalist to be blatantly murdered in cold blood, attempts to shift the blame, and then refuses to punish the perpetrator is not the lesser of two evils. I'm referring of course to Shireen Abu Akleh, a Palestinian-American Christian Journalist who was murdered by an Israeli sniper in broad daylight, while clearly marked as a Journalist in an area away from any conflict.
Link if you're interested. Any government that does that and then allows the Police who PHYSICALLY BEAT mourners (including freaking pallbearers) at the funeral of the journalist one of their soldiers murdered, to go unpunished.
Oh but it was just one journalist, everyone has bad days.
And the West Bank? Go read news articles or watch videos of first hand accounts of how Palestinians are treated there and tell me that you think what's happening there is fair and just. Read a report about it from an NGO. Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, the UN, B'tselem, read form yourself what they have to say about the West Bank and then tell me that Israel is the lesser of two evils. But ok, the UN is notoriously anti Israel and utterly taken by Arab interests. And HRW, and AI are totally anti semitic.
Ok, what about an ex Israeli General ? What about an ex head of Mossad ? What about the current head of Israels Shin Bet who condemned the "terrorism of settlers"?
Don't get me wrong, what Hamas did is still evil. I'm not suggesting they're the lesser of two evils. It's the Palestinian people as a whole who are the lesser of two evils. And I also want to make the point that the Arabs are also not free of guilt. But let's not pretend like Israel is merely a passive victim and not a strong regional player who's had successive governments kick the can down the road to their detriment and to the detriment of the Palestinian people.

That's because this sub is mostly pro Israel. In my experience anyway. I'm not saying nobody here is pro Palestine but they're definitely a minority. Most posts I see are pretty pro Israel and then the comments double down.

I had literally never heard of him until i saw a Tiktok a few weeks ago. Then BAM! Suddenly he's plastered all over Instagram/Tiktok/Reddit/Youtube, and the internet can't stop talking about him. They're literally giving him all the attention he wants.
I'm not a particularly in the loop kind of person when it comes to celebrities or figures on Social media, so the fact that I've actually heard of him is a testament to how insanely effective his marketing has been.
MartianPHaSR
This is terribly evil. I love it.
MartianPHaSR
Don't be ridiculous. He should give it to me instead.

7/11 was 100% an inside job. It was done by the same people who killed JFK and took the Looney Toons off the air. The're not, however, the same guys as the ones involved in the Jewish conspiracy, the 7/11 guys and the Jewish guys are two completely different groups. The Lizard people and the Jewish conspiracy on the other hand..........well we all know they're one and the same.

Did you ever hear the Tragedy of Darth Kebab the Conqueror?
MartianPHaSR
What about the Battle of Plataea? My understanding is that it was a big victory for the Greeks and yet i've only heard of it once, in a book set during the Greco-Persian Wars.
MartianPHaSR
Also, if you want something more fictional (though still historically accurate) the Long War series by Christian Cameron is set around the time of the Greco-Persian Wars and really nails the Ancient Greek setting.
