Don't you just hate subscriptions?

According to their TOS:

" In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by: • By email: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])"

Sheesh, just let that man go to his profile and click "cancel subscription". Talk about sticky.

I think this is the biggest issue people have, GHL white label, paywalls, flipping the script to sell to their audience, subscription targeting under the guise of great value but mediocre data.

Obviously you use any system long enough you’ll see results either way. I could say more but that’s just my 2 cents.

Agreed super deceptive and a cash grab to capitalize on their audience. That 1980's Miami shirt in his skool photo is a dead giveaway that you're getting shystered. WAKE UP PEOPLE.

My first year in real estate was a 6 figure year. I built up a list of an investors that would sometimes send me deals to look at and it turned out they were sometimes off market properties that wholesalers were assigning.

I got sick of losing clients and so I joined the wholesaling side.

Became successful by treating it like a serious business. Reinvested a majority of my commissions and assignments into scaling my marketing outreach and tools that I needed to succeed and create consistent deal flow.

Now I’m in it for 10 years and wouldn’t want to be doing anything else. I’m always an open book so feel free to AMA.
