Can't speak for the switch version but I think I remember rumble when hitting a critical. Maybe it's in gameplay or controller settings?

Master_Nate

It may have come off cold at first without the edits but s/he is right, it wasn't grammatically correct to use the word someone as that relates to a person or human. I love animals too but be easy on him or her.

Master_Nate

Nice! This is something that I didn't know I wanted till I saw it. More base color distinction please!

Master_Nate

lol at the minecraft music.

Master_Nate

Wow, so upsetting.

Maybe its the textures you don't like? EQN might have better textures then the simplistic blocks textures being used in landmark. It's a year or so down the road so will have to see.

I feel that if they can get the texture quality close to that of Bio Shock Infinite (also stylized), immersion wouldn't be too difficult. For me at least.

This brings back memories of planetside 1.

Both the que and waiting times were much worse, making the vehicle terminal a great target for Orbital Strikes. :)

I really don't like it to be honest.

What I dislike the most is the point spawns. It doesn't feel right or make sense IMO for the enemy to have a spawn point that isn't a sunderer in the courtyard of a base.

I think the AMP stations could benefit by having maybe a two tiered basement underneath, and keeping the courtyard more clear and less cluttered.

Play as infantry and join a public squad. Select squad deploy on the map. If your squad isn't being really active just join a different one. Not every squad will play at your pace, but your bound to find at least one that will already be in a good fight.

Consider investing in a MAX. Dual AA/AV/AI is really great at killing air, vehicles, and infantry respectively. It's both an easy and fun way to get more certs and your empire will thank you for getting rid of the air and vehicles surrounding the base.

I am glad to have picked NC as my empire. It has been a real money saver so far.

I'd be broke if I was VS.

Being able to see where rockets are coming from in large fights now is AMAZING. I think I almost teared up last night :')

Master_Nate

I hard crashed twice after pulling a liberator in the warp gate both times. Then I think I would crash randomly when picking a point to spawn to, if that helps.

Griffons are so terribly boring. I'd rather wait out the 15 minutes at a spire if that is the route they are taking.

Master_Nate

I agree. Make it public if your going to have any sort of fast travel. Have a lot of variety in traveling methods... trains, airships, boats, carriages... not just boring flying mounts made for one person.

Master_Nate

I'm freaking out right now! :)

I would like to see the xp reward be given out to everyone who participates, regardless of winning. This "preseason" is more of like a test if this could work anyways right? Clearly, its not very fair at the moment. Give everyone the xp buff.

Master_Nate

I say yes to Guns. As long as you have to actually aim and shoot, and not just auto attack (boring WoW Hunter). As others have pointed out, it is possible to fit it into the lore with the gnomes engineering.

Ninjas and Pirates seem a bit out of place at first. But, I suppose if the pirates and ninjas were made to look like they where from Norrath and not like something that was from feudal Japan for example... it could work just fine.

Master_Nate

Exactly!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

That concept art of EC tunnel is really spectacular. Love it!

I liked hacking in Fallout 3. It wasn't complex, just a list of passwords, and you needed to guess the correct one with hints if you picked incorrectly. The mini game wasn't frustrating, and kept me immersed, which is all I cared about.

Master_Nate

Don't know, a lack of demand? I almost think many have forgotten that you could have a entertaining game that doesn't involve shooting at something anymore. Anyway, I'd love to see what a developer could do in this genre with today's engines.

Master_Nate

The amazing places that I would never find without the help of others. Crystalline Caverns for example, and getting all the way to the bottom to find an actual Dwarven settlement I never knew existed.

Also, how different the world felt when you were small race and a large race and vice versa.

But most of all, how dangerous and exciting the world felt. It was so rewarding to explore the world, because most of it was guarded or patrolled by some giant mystical creature that kept you mostly on the roads or from entering the area without help from others.
