My man! MG for the win.

I'm not sure I'd even approach the area of an active blaze, let alone run into one multiple times while also sustaining burns/injuries. I agree with everyone else who says he deserves the highest commendation applicable.

I've done that with Cadets I instructed. But like that teacher, only after they were done in the program.

Mayor_Mike

That's a callback. Thanks for reminding me!

I think some people just think "new gun must be better than old gun" instead of just adding more variation.

Now that I think about it, I think that's the only reason I'm using Pre Authorized Debit with Bell. Because they offered a discount.

While I treat it as more of a "side quest" or a hobby, I've begun doing DoorDash orders in the mornings and afternoons since my wife started working overnights. Gives me something to do, make a little money on the side, but also gets me out of the house if I'm bored and want to go for a drive.

Not a bad gig if you aren't relying on it for income.

Mine crashed 2 or 3 times before getting to the Super Destroyer. Only thing I didn't try was joining a game once it ran.

Mayor_Mike

Perfection was achieved with the MiG-21.

Considering on a dark, stormy night I was tailgated by one driving through Terra Nova with his high beams on.... Yea. They have been incredibly unsafe.

Honestly, it isn't even done on all of our bases. No base I've been at for a long period of time has done it. But I've also been to 4 long term, and 3 of them are air bases.

Acronyms are a great way to quickly convey information.... when we're all on the same page.

Oh man, you reminded me of when they turned the heat on. It was brutal. Closer to were to the boiler room the hotter it was too.

I did RCAF PLQ back in 2024 in Aldershot. Was a pretty decent go.

Also just kinda liked the area. Beautiful place to be in the fall.

Mayor_Mike

I don't know if that is 100% true. Might depend on the province. If I remember correctly, a friend in NL had to get it from a pharmacist.

Or I'm remembering the conversation backwards.

Mayor_Mike

Don't forget the land Aegis!

Mayor_Mike

Yes. The F-35C, which is a carrier variant, not the VTOL variant.

Mayor_Mike

Going to sound ridiculous, but mine is the Mig 21.

Mayor_Mike

Why pay to get it sand blasted when you can blast sand through it yourself?

Mayor_Mike

I dunno man. Just seems like a skill issue at this point

Mayor_Mike

Probably because not everyone says it. I'm more of a "McDs" kind of person.
But have also heard "Mickey Ds", and "Don's" just to name two other variations that I can remember. I'm unsure if there even is a widely used slang term here for the place.

Depending on how long it has been, your account is likely disabled due to inactivity and could have been deleted as well. (But less likely)

PCSX2 is pretty easy to set up these days. The hardest part is getting a PS2 BIOS in a legitimate way ;)

AC5 looks pretty decent on one.

Mayor_Mike

Such a fun mission and so easy to play over and over again.

While I do agree with you, a lot of Canadians do pronounce it the American way because of the amount of American-made media influence. Being said, most military personnel pronounce it properly.
