I watched the Last Kingdom… so Uhtred son of Uhtred and his crew are gonna rescue me, burn something down, and slay as many Vikings as needed to get me out… while calling my kidnappers “turds”.
(Alternatively, they might raise a big amount of silver for my ransom… or get the combined forces of Wessex and Mercia to rescue me!)

Deadlands: Weird West, the tabletop roleplaying game in the Savage Worlds game system, currently in its third edition! Has Men in Black style “Agents” with Gatling pistols and shotgun-toting Territorial (and Texas) Rangers fighting against chupacabras, evil sorcerers, Wendigos, and the forces of “The Reckoners” four demons pretending to be the Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

(If we’re lucky, Adam will change and adapt via Lute’s hallucinations. Would especially like to see proof Adam was decent to Abel at times, which generates a second Adam in her head that argues with the first one.)

If you like Prohibition Era gangs, I recommend “Gangs of St. Louis: Men of Respect” by Daniel Waugh. It’s got perhaps St. Louis’ deadliest ever hitman (Cuckoo Gang gunman/ rebel leader Tommy Hayes) on the front center cover.
The author is about to release a new book about Egan’s Rats, STL’s most powerful gang that ever was (their leader Thomas Egan bragged to the Post-Dispatch in 1912 that he was a gang leader who had people killed, and suffered no consequences!).

I was in my 30’s when I first saw Hazbin. We watched similar stuff when I was 16 (early Family Guy, DBZ Abridged, South Park, and anything on Adult Swim).
As long as the teens know what they’re getting into and are cool about it, may they have fun as I did!

I met a woman online while talking about Hazbin OC’s. We found out we had a lot more in common, and would’ve dated had we lived closer. I also did some light flirting while talking with a Hazbin player at a con… so Hazbin Hotel has improved my romantic life already. 🥰
Plus, it’s been fun cosplaying as Adam! Lots of fun interactions at conventions.

I asked my friend the same question, and he said he didn’t dig into the cartoon too much. He found out quickly after the first party in Critical Role died in gory fashion within the first five minutes. 😆😅
