It says it has mhrb which contains nn-dmt and an maoi in it lol it’s like a chocolate ayahuasca bar. The dmt is only around 2-3 percent max in mhrb though so I would think it’d be like eating a fucking wood chip if there was enough to be active in its original form. I’d suspect they’re just extracting the dmt and claiming its just root bark, or the whole label is bullshit and it’s just random rc’s

Definitely talk to them and tell them you’d like to go shooting sometime. Use foam earplugs in conjunction with over ear protection and the loudness is no issue, and you don’t have to be able to run a marathon with your firearm, they’re not too physically demanding if you get a firearm appropriate for your size and strength. Don’t let someone try to put a .44 magnum or 12 gauge in your hand. Start with a .22 to get comfortable shooting a gun, then try a .380 or 9mm. being able to put a few shots on a human size target from “get away from me” distance is surprisingly easy once you have a little practice.

Not legal advice, but If you are not a felon and over 18 I would suggest getting a firearm of some sort and getting some lessons to get comfortable with it and learn proper gun safety. Especially if you live alone. Not trying to imply you need one because of this man but it’s good to have in general
