It’s called terminal length. You reach a point where the longest hairs are reaching their life span and falling out as the next in line approach, and then constantly growing hairs replace them and fill out the length. Different spots grow quicker so it’s not something you have to think about maintaining so much. Though, at some point, this replacement slows down.

Beards have it, your arm/leg hairs have it, your armpits, even your pubes. There’ll be a point they just don’t seem to get any longer.

Just tilt it up so you can get the jack underneath it… it’s not like this is gonna need to regularly get moved around a warehouse. Presumably it needs to be stored once and moved once to install. And the latter half of that is gonna need to be carried inside anyway, so the pallet jack only takes it to the door, if it’s even worth busting out.

I know this is old, but honestly, being able to navigate a majority of time and having to rotate the screen for those interfaces is an amicable solution. We need basic inventory screens and such, chat / dialogue, and banking. For everything else, a simple UI saying phone must be in landscape mode will suffice. Just slap that as a default for anything you don’t customize for portrait.

It doesn’t feel polished, but given the constraints and the quality of life by the half measure, I think it’s worthwhile.

I feel like in our justice system, this is a huge win. No one got hurt, his license is gone, and trust me, he’s gonna FEEL that. He just lost his biggest degree of independence, and lacking independence is soul crushing.

What I think ought to happen is some of the blame is shared amongst whoever in the chain of command dropped the ball on negotiating the race route. How was the property manager not informed and able to intervene so the lives of elderly and disabled people weren’t disturbed for the race? This man shouldn’t have been in this position. Someone ignored some notices, skipped some meetings, and allowed this to happen.

When you have kids, you can’t have a maybe for that factor. There is no middle ground, unless you’re intentionally casually dating with no child interaction.

Accepting a maybe is for young folks with no kids trying to figure out what they want for the future, but even then, if you truly want kids, maybe find someone else who does, too, because there’s a lot more likelihood someone has kids and regrets it to an extent the kids can feel, even if they never admit it.

But yeah, man, you don’t actually have to coordinate gifts with anyone practically ever unless you’re going in together or it’s a child you have no clue how to shop for or just wanna get input from their parents if there’s any suggestions or things to avoid. Just provide a gift receipt, if they get a duplicate they can return one and choose something themselves.

Not everyone does gifts the same way. I rarely give nor receive birthday gifts. I show love in many other ways.

I think this creep genuinely sees sexual harassment as him being some sort of shepherd, leading people to enlightenment.
