Im like 8 days away from 1 year THC free and im happy the option is off the table but also I really think it became too accessible to kids with all these shops and the carts. Its so insidious and kids try it thinking its no big deal then use it daily then 20 years go by and im just hoping there will be less of that. I wanted to quit for decades and couldn't find the strength, I dont want others to go through the same struggle.

I had a friend who was sick and was passing away slowly. His wife and his mother would care for him mostly. One morning he was feeling particularly bad and he insisted over and over that they go get him a news paper he could read. They left the house for 20 minutes or so and when they got back they found he had expired in that time. Your father may have chosen to use that time while you were away to expire then so you didnt have to see it and you were in a place you enjoyed. Dont think of the music as a curse but maybe more like a connection to your father. Hugs and condolences to you friend!
